“I bought a hi hat stand that was delivered in a very shabby speaker stand box I nearly told the courier its not for me then I thought I'd look and the docket said from Billy Hyde so checked and inside was my hi hat stand but had no bubble wrap or padding at all and because of that the box was squashed and torn and just sticky-taped. Hi hat stands need padding in packaging as the bar can easily bend and be ruined. I was amazed it was in good condition but was obviously a display model or it would've been in its own unopened and packaged properly box. A zero score on packing there Billy Hyde.”

“After buying a WL20L wireless for my guitar. The signal would frequently drop out, making it unusable for gigs. Believing perhaps there was a fault, upon retiring the product, I was told there was no fault and it works exactly how it should. Not sure if this product is terrible or faulty. But either way I now posses a $300 price of junk. Will definitely not be using Billy Hyde again. Very poor customer service.”

“Sent the wrong case, than tried to charge me extra GST for an equivalent different branded Gato case. Took several emails before they accepted their 2nd ERROR. Took 4 weeks to get delivery which another company supplied me the Ibanez correct case in 4 days from ordering to arriving to me.”
