“Great service, if I left it till I got my s- - t together to go the local guitar palace, it would probably have taken longer than this transaction took! Excellent, I’ve used your service several time and am always amazed at the speed the strings arrived! 🤘”

“After buying a WL20L wireless for my guitar. The signal would frequently drop out, making it unusable for gigs. Believing perhaps there was a fault, upon retiring the product, I was told there was no fault and it works exactly how it should. Not sure if this product is terrible or faulty. But either way I now posses a $300 price of junk. Will definitely not be using Billy Hyde again. Very poor customer service.”

“Sent the wrong case, than tried to charge me extra GST for an equivalent different branded Gato case. Took several emails before they accepted their 2nd ERROR. Took 4 weeks to get delivery which another company supplied me the Ibanez correct case in 4 days from ordering to arriving to me.”

“Billy Hyde gave me an AusPost tracking number. Two weeks later I reach out asking where it is. A week later they realise they sent via a courier. Still waiting for them to tell me where it is after three weeks. Not impressed.”
