“I like the price and the Billy Hyde service but I was annoyed at having to complete a credit cart security check when you charged me 17 cents then made me confirm the amount just to verify it was my credit card. My bank looks after credit card fraud and it would be horrible if every business I bought from did you what you do. After buying online late at night I was annoyed the order wasn’t processed first thing in the morning, having to wait until I my email much later. And not once but twice! When I bought something else one week later! They should have recognised my card or my details the second time and not made me do that again. If I was buying $15,000k worth of equipment I could understand it but my first order was less than $200 and then I had to do it again a week later. Unnecessary and annoying!”

“I ordered from the website which was easy and straightforward, and selected click and collect. I had an email the very next business day saying that the item was ready and I went down to the Nunawading store. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I collected my item with absolute ease! Thanks guys!”

“As we know nothing about drum kits etc. we were very pleased to have help selecting a drum mat for our grandson’s 17th birthday and took the risk to order on line We are so pleased that the order arrived with days to spare and the mat had the big “thumbs up” from Josh who is helping out at his music school during the school holidays Josh’s parents are much happier too!”

“We visited the new Billy Hyde store in Blackburn and Steve helped us out getting an electric guitar for my son, who is just starting out. He was so helpful and happy to answer any questions, even though he knew that we were only after a basic kit. The starter kit that we selected wasn't in stock in Victoria, so Steve suggested the quickest and cheapest way to get it was to place an online order. Excellent customer service.”

“Upon purchasing a wireless system. The quality was terrible. I thought perhaps it was faulty. However upon returning it to be inspected, I was then informed that it worked exactly as it should and a trade in, upgrade or refund was not aloud. Now, I essentially have a $250 piece of junk. Definitely will not be doing business with Billy Hyde again!”
