“Billy Hyde's competitiveness in the marketplace is astounding. In an already crowded market, they consistently beat all others on pricing and shipping, in some cases up to $50 difference. Next time I need musical equipment, my first choice will be Billy Hyde Music. No better online music store out there!”

“I’d been trying to find an original Epiphone case for the Viola bass in WA. Asked one of the local music stores in Perth who tried to get one from their supplier but to no avail after nearly a month. Billy Hyde seemed to be the only place in Oz that had one in stock, so I ordered it from their online shop which was a breeze to navigate and pay. I was kept up to date with my order which arrived on time. Very happy with the service.”

“Ordered 2 cases, the first the staff went so as to do online research to make sure it was the right 1 for me. The second I ordered with the 12 hour delivery and it took less 6 to arrive at my place. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the right gear and all of it arrived perfectly”

“Online purchase is not good for beginners . I purchased an item looking onto an image on billys website but got entirely different item that I want. Si for beginners I would suggest walk in to local shops.”

“Very good fast and efficient service. I was impressed. The only issue was that the equipment did not include the power supply. Works fine on batteries but has a special 9v connection pin that I did not realise I should have ordered as well.”

“Wrong guitar sent out and when I got the guitar it came in a box that they must have got out of a bin coz it was all put together by sticky tape and they forgot to send my strings that I ordered and they gave me a case that is wrong size for guitar very poor performance for a store that had a terrible reputation for customer service and obviously hasn’t changed”
