“Very easy to light with very little ash driver who delivered logs could not have been more helpful”

“Have tried their fine white RUF heat logs and can report they catch alight very readily which makes them ideal Fire starters - a real plus. They are very conveniently size for an inset multifuel fireplace. They were bought as my winter wood stock this time as they are advertised as having a greater heat content than the Nestro round wood briquettes purchased in previous years, which are more visually more pleasing to see once the fire is alight. Too soon to say whether or not I'll revert to Nestro next time.”

“Bioglow is a good company to deal with. Delivery, is quick and efficient. My one observation would be that delivery companies must offer the option of small delivery vehicles because, surely, many customers with wood-burning stoves live out in the sticks, down narrow country lanes and tracks. I suggest Bioglow look at this issue as it could prevent customers, like me, from re-ordering what is a good product. For information, Currys delivered two large fridges last week in a small van with a lift on the back - no problem at all. Bioglow should insist that their delivery companies employ a similar vehicle.”

“Delivery was 2 minutes over the time but driver was new to the area, due to shortage of HGV drivers. Pleasant delivery driver and we had a bit of banter over the time. He offered to put the pallet in the garage but we already knew it would not fit. Order left at garage door so minimal distance between drop off point and storage. Logs were stored quickly before it rained. Next question I am going to say it was on time.”

“Great heat from the Pini Kay briquettes. We use them constantly though the winter to fuel a wood burner with a back boiler and they're the best for heat and price. Delivery is quick despite the current HGV driver shortage.”

“We've had 3 pallets of the wood pellets, and all have arrived in good time. The price is reasonable compared to the market, and the pellets themselves seem pretty good quality. They contain very little sawdust, so work well with our system.”
