Account charged but product not delivered. Raised issue with customer service and they said wait 45 days. Contacted again after 2 months and they offered a refund. It’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund.

I've ordered items from them. Money taken from my bank account, but i have never recieved a confrimation e-mail or what so ever. Contacted customer support, no response. Order number: #43965860

Where is confirmation of my purchase of Visine red eye eye drops. Money has been taken out of my account. There is no confirmation via e mail that you have acknowledge the purchase of this product although you have taken my money. I feel this has turned in to a suspect company.

Do not buy from them They call them self bioeva Uk but deluvery take more than 2 weeks. Its scam for you to buy. They not United kimgdom based

Ordered and took ages for it to be processed. Had to ask them for update only to find out that the product is out of stock yet their website allowed me to add it to my basket and checkout. If I had not reached out to them I would still be waiting for a package that is never arriving.

Nothing on the website indicates that items are kept in California so delivery times to the UK will be much longer than the estimates given, at least state this on your website BIOVEA. However it is handy for those who purchase items in advance.

I ordered from Germany in November 2021. After 6 weeks I was informed by German Customs that my order was confiscated by customs and will be destroyed since Germany does not allow import of certain products. I will also have to pay a fine of Euro 55.00. I contacted Biovea customer service to ask if Biovea takes any responsibility regarding the issue. I was told by a Mr. Hans Huber that they do not and that cutoms works by a "principle of chance" and it was my responsibility to ascertain that the products are legal in Germany. I ordered these products on a German website, www.biovea.de, the prices were shown in Euros and nowhere on the website does it say that the products are shipped from the U.S. Neither was I made aware of this fact during the order process. I find that business practice reprehensible. If a company ships to foreign countries the customer has to be made fully aware of the country of origin.

Unfortunately I didn’t check your reputation before ordering. Your web site and marketing materials are misleading as you accept payment in euro, promote your site as EU country based yet ship from the US. You would be fully aware by now that any shipment that comes into the EU will be hit by customs fees above and beyond your retail online price. For what it’s worth I will spend days warning other consumers of your sales tactics and report you to the appropriate EU regulators. While this won’t have a major impact on your sales it will at least warn others of your unconscionable business practices.

I ordered one month ago a product and still nothing received. It is the canadian Bivea site. No customer service phone calls nor emails are available. Be Cautious they are fraudulent.

I will absolutely never ever order from this company again. I ordered an order 3 months ago, it never came, I was constantly given the run around and then thought that oh, surely it must be a one time thing. So, I ordered again, GRAVE mistake. The same thing happened again. And now I'm going to have to wait 45 freaking days for a refund. Their shipping estimate was also a blatant lie, its been 3 days over and my order is stuck in USA with no updates at all. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND MOSTLY STRESS. DON'T BOTHER.

If only this would allow me to give zero stars! I ordered on 18th November and it said my order should be due between 26th Nov-2nd December. I'm still waiting for this order. You've taken my money and not delivered the product I've paid for and your customer service is rubbish, all you said was to keep waiting! You'll never get my money again, and I'll warn others not to buy from you thieves. Absolutely appalling.

I put my order through 5 weeks ago. Was expecting it to take a couple weeks max, since I live in Australia. I’ve sent out multiple emails asking for tracking on my parcel. Definitely not shopping here again

The worst customer service experience in my life, I am waiting for an order made 3 months ago and they keep on saying to wait a little longer and refusing to refund me. The most disrespectful and unprofessional online shop I have ever dealt with!

ive been waiting for my order for 2 weeks, customer service have been very unhelpful giving me copy and pasted responses and not listening to the points im actually making in the email. i fear ill never get my order or a refund

a couple of weeks ago i ordered a product from them, i paid for this product via ZIP. a couple days later i decided i didn’t want the product and sent them an email to cancel the order, they cancelled it upon request but will not refund me, every message i send i get an automated response asking for my bank details. i have received this email at least 8 times. this is rediculous and such a scam. how hard is it to refund a product which never even left the warehouse😂

I was waiting two weeks and a half for a order and still never received it. I am so fed up I was trying to give this to a friend by next week and I know i won’t be able to give it to him because this is taking so long. They also do not reply back to you which is crazy.

Never had any problems with them until recently. Ordered 4 items on 21st of October. 2 turned up later, and still no sign of the other 2. Contacted Biovea several times via email, and keep getting the same covid excuse and useless tracking number.

Thus company is so bad, I ordered a product 85 days ago and no sign of it and then sent numerous emails which they stated an automatic reply. How a company can legally steal your money is baffling.

Still waiting for my order as it is stuck in Cairo airport, I am a Brit with the UN in Cairo, I have been emailing Biovea and get the same rubbish reply. Paid extra for delivery too, supplements costing me 200 UK pounds! 4 weeks now!
