“Excellent service.. I bought 2 tins for relatives as a Christmas present.. beautiful taste and very well presented, although, one time had 3 broken biscuits in which was slightly disappointing considering the price.. I understand that they have to go through the mailing system which is probably the reason they were broken. Nevertheless amazing jo you guys do with both making and decorating. Would highly recommend thank you x”

“Gingerbread diy kit Teenagers moaned at first but thoroughly enjoyed making and eating it, want to do it every year now! Traditionally I don’t like gingerbread but I devoured this, well done you.”

“Although the item I had preordered was out of stock, a Biscuiteers staff member (Paris) emailed me before the delivery date and offered me an extra two Jolly Gingers to make up for it. They were very professional and friendly and the delivery was prompt. Hasn’t put me off using Biscuiteers in the future. We love your biscuits! Have a fantastic 2020!”

“The jolly gingerbread men are the sweetest designs I've seen! So cute and so many fun designs. Bought two for my husband for Xmas and he really enjoyed them, but sadly the design of the stig one really did not travel well, and lost a lot of his design off into the box. Biscuiteers did offer to send a replacement though, so it's 5* for service, (but can't truly 5* for item, as it was imperfect on arrival, sadly)”

“Absolutely loved the packaging and presentation of the dog biscuits we brought as a Christmas present for our dog. He adored the biscuits and is working his way through all 3 flavours. Would highly recommend them as the perfect canine gift!”
