“Ordered gluten free for my daughter. Order arrived on correct day and all biscuits were in one piece. Absolutely gorgeous tin and biscuits were beautifully decorated and tasted great. My daughter was thrilled with them. Will definitely order again.”

“Biscuits looked too good to eat and were well received by my in-laws who have since told me they were delicious. Only criticism I have is with dispatch and delivery date, I preordered for them to be delivered on the 19th December, only to receive an email to say they had been dispatched on that date which threw my visiting schedule out.”

“The service I received was awful. Ordered two months ahead of Christmas and the biscuits failed to appear on the 18th of December as arranged. Phoned on the 19th to query and complain and was promised a replacement would be sent that day special delivery. They never appeared and have had no communication from you again. The order wasn’t cheap so you would expect a premium service. Instead this was the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.”

“I ordered the biscuits late evening. When I got the confirmation email I realised that the message on the central biscuit was truncated. This was not apparent when I wrote the message in the box provided when ordering. Unfortunately Dave became Da which looked really silly. I phoned and emailed the company straight away. I recieved a reply by email at just gone 09.00 the next day to say that the mistake could not be rectified as the biscuits were packaged ready to be sent. I had to text the person the biscuits were going to and apologise for the mistake which ruined the surprise. The biscuits are expensive and I found the service poor.”
