“Of course the presentation is lovely but I feel now that Biscuiteers biscuits are over priced. Also I’m sure the biscuits used to be crunchier and firmer. I find them too soft for my taste which is a shame as they still taste great”

“Received all my orders and now wrapped up to give to people. Although I have not tasted the biscuits due to them being presents, they come in lovely tins and having seen the biscuits at Covent Garden, I'm sure my folks will love them. 1st class service - arrived when they said they would.”

“My youngest child's favourite part of Christmas and Easter treats! The perfect treat of crunchy , flavorful biscuit with perfect icing. The attention to detail with the icing is amazing and it is hard to choose which biscuit to eat first! Excellent quality and fantastic service.”

“Absolutely beautiful biscuits and so tasty too. I bought one of the Christmas tins as a gift for a friend who lives in Canada and she said it arrived on time and looked lovely. I needed to contact customer services too and they were so helpful and professional. Will certainly be ordering from Biscuiteers again.”

“Great concept and loved the packaging. The decoration on the biscuits I found to be ok, but not wholly reflective of the amazing decoration shown online. I know it can never be an exact match, but for the price paid, I expected slightly better quality decoration and perhaps slightly larger biscuits.”

“The one star is for the box. I was kindly given these as a gift and it is definitely a case of style over substance . They may look good but the biscuits are dreadful, soft, bland and taste of rice paper, The texture and taste is what you would imagine a 5yr out of date biscuit to be like. Shame as many people in my work place received a box of these this year and they are pricey .”
