“The biscuits were a gift and the recipient loves them. Arrived on the date I'd requested and apparently look/taste fab! A little pricier than some other biscuits I saw but I believe theh are worth it.”

“Bought for a friend who was recovering from an operation. Postman didn’t post it through letterbox & my friend was instructed to collect it from the post office. Not great when she’s not allowed to drive. I feel the packaging needs adapting to make sure the postie knows to put it through the letterbox & not treat it as a parcel. She did say it was lovely when she eventually got it though!”

“Can't say what the biscuits are like, they look wonderful and are in a pretty box but they were bought as Christmas presents and as yet have not been opened. The ones that were sent to Australia arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. A great website and I will be using them again.”

“Love biscuiteers. Been buying tins of biscuits for 7y now especially around Christmas. They are always beautiful. Just a bit disappointed this year that the £35 boxes have halved in size despite being the same price! Was such a shock receiving them based on what I always had before and expected. Just took away some of the joy of giving them to people. The £45 box was still the usual size. I know business requires changes to be made but think that could have been highlighted a bit better.”

“Really beautiful biscuits quite unique. I brought the nutcracker selection for my granddaughter and she was delighted. Customer service was brilliant too ( sorted out a problem with delivery - not of their making) Highly recommend.”
