“ordered a box of your lovely biscuits for my mother who had been poorly that week and definitely needed some TLC . She was over the moon with her package, astonished that it was totally intact and then the biscuits!. The whole experience is first class and I shall be recommending you as well as repeating the experience”

“Lovely biscuits that are beautifully presented. Not cheap, but make great gifts. Also I made a mistake with the gift note, but a quick email to them and they fixed it all for me.”

“I made an order and didn’t get a confirmation message. I assumed the order wasn’t processed. So next day I made the order again only to find money has been taken twice. I phoned to cancel the first order ( that I didn’t get the email confirmation for) was told this was cancelled and I would get a refund. Both ordered got delivered ( same gift x 2) no refund or explanation. Love this company, but I do think the customer care needs to be looked at. Didn’t have the energy to phone again and complain and just took the small financial hit. Julie xx”

“Beautifully presented tin of stylish biscuits and they don’t half taste too shabby either. Perhaps a bigger tin of larger biccies , depending on what you purchase some are quite small. Nevertheless I love them.”

“Great tasting biscuits. Bought two tins. 1 for thanksgiving and 1 for Xmas. Eaten the thanksgiving ones. Hoping to save the Xmas ones. Will have to hide them. Will be ordering more for other occasions.”

“I have used biscuiteers before and always been very happy, but this recent order arrived in pieces. Only one of the biscuits had stuck to the packaging (as planned), the rest had bounced around and shattered. My 80 year old Uncle opened a box of pieces in front of his guests. really disappointed. And embarrassed.”

“A bit disappointed by size and presentation of the biscuits inside its box. They were for a birthday present and they felt almost artificially made, I was hoping for a more 'just out of the oven' feel. They also looked much smaller than in the picture.”
