“As always, the quality of the product was excellent, I am consistently impressed with biscuiteers. However, the delivery was shoddy and I paid £6.95 for a gift to be delivered 6 days late - totally unacceptable.”

“The delicious Mr Men biscuit came in a delightful little box and was perfectly formed! Our son loved it and he's quite discerning. These biscuits make an unusual and special gift. I'll definitely order again.”

“When my Tom Cat Biscuit Card arrived I was extremely disappointed. The icing design had all fallen off in the box. I bought this as part of a gift for someone but felt I could not use it. It was a waste of money in my opinion.”

“I came across these fabulous biscuits when i was sent one as a surprise and have in turn sent many surprises to many places around the world. They are decorated so beautifully and taste as good as they look. Those sent to oz and New Zealand, tins, arrived in perfect condition. There are always new themes to keep you coming back for more. Thank you all at Biscuiteers, keep baking.”

“What a lovely gift your biscuits make! I secretly squirrelled the BIKE RACE tin in my other half's luggage as he went off to cycle the Alpe d'Huez in France as a little good luck treat. He was so impressed with them that he brought them all home saying they were so nicely packaged that he didn't want to spoil them. This is a huge compliment from a man who likes his treats! ... So instead we have enjoyed them together now he's back home. The service I received was very good and the biscuits arrived safe and sound. The website is a bit tricky but only because there are so many beautiful choices. I'm now browsing the sight for Christmas presents ... xx”

“In the past we have been really impressed with biscuiteers and would have given them 5 stars. But this time round I had a lot of trouble paying and ended up being charged 3 times. Biscuiteers answered my emails and refunded my payments. But I then found out that one of my orders was wrong. Instead of a 'Star card' being sent, a 'Little Miss Hug' card arrived at my friends. When biscuiteers were told they did apologise and offer to resend the right order. However considering all of the hassle I've had with this order I would have thought some compensation would have been offered for my trouble.”

“First class service from Biscuiteers, I ordered personalised chocolates on a next day service, I was able to collect them from the shop as they arranged a special collection for me, chocolates were beautiful and a gift to ask my best friends to be my bridesmaids, they loved them. Can't thank you enough! X”

“I bought the superhero box for my husband, there were lots of biscuits in the box, so a real treat! Really lovely biscuits, presented very well. A box of either biscuits or chocolates are the perfect gift for anyone”

“Hugely disappointed in both the service & quality. My initial order did not arrive on the nominated day (after paying extra), I cancelled it only to have it delivered to my niece a week later AFTER the expiry date had passed. The order that did arrive on time was stale & tasteless.......... Had expected so much more.”
