“Great products to send as gifts, but I find the website terrible and clunky to use - I have been prevented from making an order recently as I could not enter the recipient's address - the form would not pick up 'Wiltshire' and so I couldn't get on to the next page. I gave up in the end.”

“Biscuiteers are my first choice for presents for birthdays, halloween, Christmas and Easter. The buscuits are fab and the service is excellent with the product being delivered to the door on a date of my choice. I love this company and have been using them for a number of years. Keep up the excellent work guys.”

“I love biscuiteers. But this time I ordered last Thursday and my parcel has only just been delivered. It was dispatched the same day and I am surprised that it's taken so long? Hope the feedback helps as love you guys and your products Jo”

“Your biscuits are fabulous. However your online ordering is awful. Every time I try and buy some biscuits from you I nearly give up each time as I have to keep inputting the same information as it won't accept it, and its just not user friendly, please take a look at it, many thanks”

“I was so disappointed with my experience with Biscuiteers. I had to find out from the recipient that she had not received her order on the day I paid extra for it to arrive on. I was not contacted by Biscuiteers to say that there had been a delay because the delivery had been refused by The Portland Hospital (something I find hard to believe from a private hospital who receive deliveries all day, every day). Biscuiteers then redelivered to a home address and didn't charge a delivery fee, a gesture which frankly made no impact on me. I will never order from Biscuiteers again, and would advise my friends and colleagues the same.”

“I used Biscuiteers after I was fortunate enough to receive a biscuit myself. I found the process simple, easy to follow and with excellent communication throughout the whole process. The recipient was also delighted. The packaging is good qulaity and it really feels like something speical has arrived. These are such a good idea, sometimes flowers aren't appropriate to send, whereas a little biscuit still shows you care and are thinking about them.”

“Absolutely love the idea of biscuits for special occasions, or just when you want something different yourself. They are all so clever and totally scrummy and I have bought a few different themes now for various friends who have always been very complimentary about them, so am spreading the word. I usually send hampers at Christmas time to members of the family who I don't see; but not this year - I will be ordering the Christmas biscuit tin as it's a much better idea and is sure to go down a treat. Keep up the good work. A very satisfied customer”

“Hi, I love the idea of these and I bought them as a present for a birthday. The biscuits got delivered to someone else as there was a mix up! Quite annoying as I then had no present to give! Biscuiteers did call me to notify me of the mix up but still very disappointing!”

“Hello Biscuiteers , I would love to write a review to tell you how great your biscuits taste , but I am afraid I don't eat them , I send a jolly ginger to my girlfriend who lives in Chicago each week to remind her even though we are miles apart (I m live in the UK) I am always thinking of her . And also keep up creating new Jolly Gingers so she never has to receive the same one twice . Regards James”

“I have used Biscuiteers before and know that the product is of high quality. However on this occasion, for some reason my order was not sent on the correct day, and the gift arrived late. The postage has been refunded, but unfortunately I have lost faith in the company.”

“I love Biscuiteers. I'd love them even more if some options were available for mini tins. Some people are overwhelmed by a £30-50 edible gift. Some tinned items for sharing priced around the £15-£20 mark would be fabulous too.”
