“Utterly disgusted by attitude of sol called customer services Bought Christmas biscuits for Christmas, delivery in December, the system somehow despatched in November, The minute I earliest, automated email I contacted customer services, no help, just told to refuse parcel, parcel delivered to neighbours. Resultant service reaction tough! Your neighbour accepted and the "computer says" Abdication and appalling service”

“Such a brilliant idea to send a beautifully decorated biscuit as a small gift. I didn't see the packaging or the final result as sent from miles away to family but their reaction was great and said they didn't want to eat it, it was that fab! Going to get some more as a Christmas present to family.”

“We had recieved biscuits from you in the past (Easter lambs & rabbits), sent by a relative. We were always impressed with the craftmanship and packaging. This year's Christmas biscuits were no exception. I particularly liked the fact you offered a gluten free option as well , so they are going to be given to my wife by my two boys as a special gift.”

“Bit of a mix up on the delivery date as the Christmas gift was delivered in November. I am sure I did not put this date but there you are. The only offer I got was to get the recipient to refuse delivery and they would send another at the right time. Rather takes the surprise out of it doesn't it. Anyway not sure I would bother again as they obviously thought it was my fault.”

“Whilst the biscuits are lovely and always well-received, the website itself is quite cumbersome to use and the having to add addresses in to the address book to arrange a delivery is annoying, as some are a one-off. Also, it would be nice to have more options on the personalising for birthday card biscuits.”

“Great service. Excellent biscuits. Gorgeous packaging. My latest purchase was as a birthday present for a friend who was between houses and has spent the last few months getting rid of stuff. It was great to find a lovely, stylish gift that she can enjoy but doesn't have to store or find space for. She said they looked too good to eat, almost. I would definitely recommend Biscuiteers.”
