“Believe it or not I have only seen photographs of the biscuits, as all my purchases have been gifts. They have thrilled and delighted the recipients. Only 1 problem, they so love the characters of the jolly gingers that nobody wants to eat them.”

“I specifically asked if they would be appropriate for children because of the spice added in the ingredients that I read about and was told that they were !!!! They were not !???? I bought them especially to put into my 5 year old girls advent Calendar, I chose the advent calendar collection which was £45 so not a cheap option !! very disappointed and will not be using this company again.”

“I sent the birthday biscuit to my brother for his 60th. His comments were: the biscuit tastes good..chocolate flavour, really delicate and thin icing. Really posh looking packaging, well worth sending as a special treat. So you did me proud - he isn't the most easiest to please!”

“The biscuit was great however dispatched two weeks earlier than requested and when I wrote to ask them not to do this I got no reply! My mum had her gift for her birthday two weeks early which meant I once again was in the position of her having nothing on her birthday. Not great!”

“Biscuiteers are my go-to 'pressie in the post' company! What would I do without you? You've made so many people smile and even brought a tear of joy to some. And to be able to successfully send a well wrapped and beautiful gift to friends overseas is a dream. Flowers are so last year, the future is all about the biscuit!”

“I ordered a Christmas cake; it arrived on time and really well packaged so that the cake was protected and arrived intact. I haven't eaten it yet as I'm waiting for Christmas, but it looks beautiful and as a bonus, I can reuse the cake tin. Thanks very much; I'm really pleased.”

“Hopefully this order got to the recipient on the right day, I haven't heard from them yet, so have to trust you. My previous experience was not good as you sent out my order three times, on different days and it was all very embarrassing... However I decided to give you another chance. The product is great, beautifully packaged and lovely to be able to send in the post but your admin leaves something to be desired!”

“Sadly the biscuits were for Thanksgiving and they didn't arrive. Although you tried to chase it, they never got there :-( Hugely disappointing as my friend ended up with no pressie on Thanksgiving. You have kindly refunded me the money but I wouldn't take the risk again if it was for a specific event. However, usually I absolutely love your products and think the biscuits are inspired. I am a huge fan of your company and have recommended it to many people. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars or 10 on the recommending scale is purely due to the issues with delivery. Thank you.”
