“Really delighted with every aspect of my order. Having a choice of delivery date & address meant I could order early & not have to worry once the order was placed. I got emails telling me it had been despatched & another once delivered. Excellent service all round.”

“Ordered for a friend. They arrived on the scheduled date and were gorgeous to look at - and apparently, to eat! Not too small either (as can happen with some other biscuit delivery services).”

“Who doesn't love biscuits? These are meltingly delicious, beautifully decorated, wonderfully presented and bring a smile to everyone's lips. I love that there's plenty of choice with various themes throughout the year and they make excellent presents. What better way to say "Thank You, Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Happy Anniversary, and so on........"”

“The design of the biscuits was beautiful but the taste was horrific. It was stale and tasteless! Very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Also, very overpriced for what I received!”

“Beautiful biscuits in really nice presentation box which you will want to keep. Sent some to special friends and they were delighted with them. Delivery was on day I chose. So many designs to choose from for all occasions. The Christmas ones are my favourites. Also love the biscuit cards. I can't wait to choose my next box.”

“Biscuits look amazing but the only problem was I asked for delivery on the 17th of December and didn't actually receive it until the 19th of December. Not happy with the delivery service but everything else is good”

“Selected the 12 Days of Christmas Collection for a friend and her family. On receipt of the biscuits, my friend immediately telephoned, enthusing about the presentation and quality of the collection. They were delivered in perfect condition and I, as the sender, was kept informed by email of the gift's progress prior to actual delivery - all as arranged in terms of the date. My friend said that it was the best present she had ever received. The member of staff to whom I spoke via the 'phone was professional, knowledgeable of the products available and friendly - full marks for service. An excellent company in terms of customer service and satisfaction - not forgetting, of course, the superb quality of the product.”

“The biscuits both looked and tasted as good as I'd hoped. The only problem I had was with the website, I found it impossible to order what I wanted. However I spoke to one of your employees and they were extremely helpful and took my order over the phone.”
