“Beautiful Nutcracker packaging and much anticipation in receiving these but I found the cookies themselves a let-down when I opened the box. Drab colourscheme, two-tone and rather beige/grey and piped in a hurry, with eyes missing and generally not as bright or magical as expected. I make royal iced cookies myself to a higher standard so I have perhaps unrealistic expectations but I have seen the product in the shop and thought this particular collection below par mainly due to the drab colours.”

“This is the best company . A little expensive but a lot has gone into the design of the tins etc . The biscuits are fab and the kids were amazed . The choice is fantastic . Much better than a selection box !”

“My daughter moved to Sydney in October so I ordered the Snowman biscuits as it was a film we watched as a family every year I thought they would be a nice surprise for her to have before Xmas. I had them delivered to her work address, she was absolutely thrilled with them and her Oz colleagues and friends were just knocked out by them, she even posted photos of them on Facebook. They are not cheap and when you add on shopping costs it is quite an expense but her reaction and pleasure in receiving them was worth every single penny. Thank you Biscuiteers”

“I have just sent one of your hampers to my dear sister who is very poorly. As there is nothing wrong with her appetite it was the most perfect Christmas gift and she is thrilled. Tempted though she is to eat all the goodies, she has kept it in tact until she has shown it off to all her friends. I have purchased the First Aid biscuits in the past and they are guaranteed to cheer anyone up. Thank you Biscuiteers. You provide a wonderful product with excellent service. “Thank you so much for the fab biscuits. They are beautifully iced, so lovely that my granddaughters haven't eaten them yet as they said they are to nice to eat. “I've used Biscuiteers for thank you gifts many times and each time the recipients have been absolutely thrilled. The packaging seems to delight them as much as the contents. “Absolutely gorgeous nativity scene. Gave it to my mother who was overwhelmed and delighted. Only one problem - how do you bite off the head of the Angel Gabriel?!!! Thought it was expensive but worth it.”

“When ordering online, the Black Friday discount code given me by Biscuiteers didn't work, and I had no reply to my "help" email as it was the weekend. (I did receive one on the Monday with another code, but by then I had ordered the biscuits using a smaller discount code). We haven't given the gift yet! However, we were surprised at how small the tin is. Hopefully the biscuits will be tightly packed inside and undamaged. We were pleased to read on the website that the biscuits will last for a long time if unopened, but it would be helpful if this could be displayed more prominently.”

Hi Shirley, Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear you experienced problems with our promotional offer on Black Friday. We can see from your order that you purchased one of our Nativity biscuit tins. This tin has 13 of our delicious handmade biscuits which we feel is fairly reflected in the price of the tin. We have spent a lot of time and effort perfecting our packaging to ensure that biscuits arrive with recipients safely. Using a little bit of icing, each of the biscuits will be stuck to glassine paper. The biscuits are then surrounded by further protective glassine paper to keep them safe on their travels. “Fabulous service and the products look amazing. Everything has been bought as a gift so I can't comment on the taste but beautifully packaged. I am recommending that my company uses the Biscuiteers for some staff gifts next year - one day I might get to taste something myself!”

“I was pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. I loved the packaging the buscuits were presented in. I am really disappointed at the size of the product in relation to the price paid. I don't think it is great value for money. Plus, it is slightly frustrating that I am unable to check the actual products (particularly the personalisation) before I hand them to the recipients, as I will ruin the wrapping if I do. I just hope they look OK.”
