“I have used Biscuiteers Gingers to delight several of my friends.All were surprised and pleased. I have recently been a receipient and was very impressed, the biscuit itself was gorgeous and the presentations of the biscuitsj just beautiful. “I have not yet received my biscuits due to difficulties with the collection code through Collection plus - I have sent an e-mail regarding this. It has ben a nightmare The grade above does not reflect on the biscuits but I couldn't send without putting something”

“I ordered a biscuit 5 days in advance and it still arrived 1 day late. I have emailed customer services twice and posted a review already - you sent two emails- and no one has had the courtesy to contact me. Rubbish customer service all round.”

“Always bought various items as presents for my Mother. We both love and keep the tins! have also previously bought individual biscuits at Christmas for people in the family. I am always impressed with the varied themes for the biscuits and you never fail to impress. Delivery on time and reliable and staff helpful. As cat lovers the cat biscuits and tin a couple of years ago were a big hit, almost didn't want to eat them!”

“I always get the Christmas cookies to refill our lovely cloth calendar we bought from you, and love the beautiful cookies. But this year because some of the details icing seems so fine and thin many of the cookies were very damaged when I opened the box when it was delivered. Many of the cookies had come off the layered paper they were meant to be stuck to with the icing on their back. SO it is sad to have so many damaged cookies because in the past they were always perfect and in tact.”
