“Nice biscuits but their 1950’s gender stereotyping is somewhat dated so I’ve moved to using one of the many other similar companies now. Beats me why they can’t just label their products ‘blue/ pink new baby’ box (and include some more colour options). Why the obsession with making everything either super pink (labelling it for girls) or blue, blue, blue (labelling it boys). Great business idea but unfortunately they need to move with the times.”

“Despite ordering in early November and paying for a specific delivery date of 19 December my order failed to arrive until 24 December at my office which had by then closed for the Christmas break So I couldn’t obtain it until 6 January . I struggled to get any response from Biscuiteers by email or phone, and had to buy a last minute alternative gift. I was eventually informed that ‘All Christmas deliveries were sent out before December 25th’ not much use unless you are having it delivered directly to the recipient or will be seeing them on Christmas Day! So, so disappointed.... after multiple failed opportunities to turn this experience around I’ll never shop with Biscuiteers again.”
