“The actual biscuits were amazing, great Christmas presents and so tasty. Even the little things like the boxes and wrapping was great. I didn't rate it 5 stars because had requested them to be delivered on a specific date a month in advance. However, the didnt arrive until 5 days after the marked date. I get it is a busy time of year so give or take 2 days would've been fine, but 5 I thought was just too much.”

“Ordered biscuits as teacher’s Christmas presents way in advance and chose an appropriate delivery date which was a great option......or so I thought! Biscuiteers had obviously over committed on their orders so mine did not arrive in time for my kids to give to their teachers, they were disappointed as they had chosen the biscuits themselves and I was extremely annoyed! Don’t bother offering a service you can’t fulfill!!! Will never order again!”

“We were very pleased with my purchase. They were gifts for very special friends and I was not disappointed with the quality. The biscuits tasted fantastic. Delivery was on the day specified. The tin was damaged but when the team were contacted the matter was resolved straight away. Excellent customer service.”

“Bought a Biscuiteers tin for my Mum for her birthday. Needless to say, she absolutely adored it. She even went as far as carrying it around in her car for a week so as she could show it off to all her friends. As the week went on, obviously the number of biscuits to show off diminished!”

“Ordered a present for my mother in Australia with plenty of time. Courier appalling, Biscuiteers not especially fast in their response. Order went back to London without ever getting delivered and my mother got last-minute flowers instead. So disappointed, an all round stressful and unpleasant experience.”
