“Confusing website,I should have had free delivery as I ordered 4 items over £100, all to one address. Instead I was charged separately (because for some reason the website order page kept listing them separately, and when I complained via email they eventually responded explaining that I had placed four orders so that is why they charged me! When I complained they agreed to refund 3. I wasn't impressed as I shouldn't have had to pay anything! Half of the delivery did not arrive on the agreed date, when I queried they told me that it can take another 24 hours. This was not clear on their website. Also the tins are not sealed so I'm not sure how fresh they will still be when opened on Christmas Day. The product looks lovely, however the customer service and me having to chase didn't impress me. I would not order again.”

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I really do apologise that you have found shopping with us confusing, it does look like you selected our multi shipping option at checkout which is why you were charged for each separate order but I'm glad we were able to merge these orders together and refund your delivery charges where necessary. Regarding our tins, so they don't arrive sealed at all, instead the biscuits are secured down within layers of glassine and then covered in wax paper which keeps them fresh for a good few months. “The lid of the tin was damaged. They offered to send a replacement which was not forthcoming. Contacted them only to find that this tin was no longer available. This was a gift from my sister so did not like to tell her it was damaged. They now offer my sister a 50% discount voucher. This does not solve the problems as I am left with a damaged lid, probably soft biscuits and why would my sister want to buy anymore when the customer service is so appalling and damaged goods. Don’t deal with this company as customer service non exsistant and not at all helpful. I have offered to return the biscuits but asked for a returns label, but this has not been forthcoming. Hopeless company . I shall report to trading standards and other appropriate agencies”

“A disappointing delivery service. We paid an extra £9.95 for a next day delivery service that didn’t arrive. A disappounting customer service as no one available to discuss this as they only have someone to discuss this with service Monday - Friday. A shame as they offer a nice product.”

“Beautiful gift, I live on the island of Guernsey and had to go to the post office to sign for my package which made all the guys laugh that I had to sign for biscuits! But told them they where very special biscuits, delicious taste and iced to perfection. So much choice and have just sent my grandson the gluten free ones, a wonderful idea for those that have to eat that way. Looking forward to seeing what delights you have in store for us in 2019”

“Biscuiteers are the universal equivalent of flowers for non vegans. They are beautifully presented, and I'm told, delicious, because I don't eat egg. If Biscuiteers would only use a free range egg, or even provide a free range option, I would be able to divide most of my present buying between here and Lush. I'm sure it will happen at some point and really looking forward to it.”

“Sent the doctor and nurse gingerbread cookies as a get well token after my daughter's boyfriend's operation and he loved them. They arrived safely the day after ordering, and despite being posted through the letterbox they were still both all in one piece. From the photo he sent, they looked good, and apparently tasted great. Brilliant!”

“Haven’t tasted them as sent them to a friend but she absolutely loved them and said they were too beautiful to eat anyway!! I was really pleased with the next day delivery, they arrived in perfect time. Would definitely use again!”
