The arrangement bore no resemblance to what the website displayed. I paid extra for a vase & was offered a 50% refund on the vase??? My cost was over €80.00. Very disappointed and would not recommend this site.

Ordered the flowers on Saturday for delivery the following Thursday. Flowers didn’t arrive on the Thursday and no attempt was made to contact me or the recipient. Zero satisfaction from customer services when I made a complaint. Would not order from this company again.

Very disappointing service. I placed my order one week in advance and requested that the flowers delivered in the morning, despite this my flowers were sent out in the afternoon run, not the morning run. Many stressful calls ensued to try and track down the recipient when they arrived at 2 o'clock. I wouldn't buy with Bloom again.

I was disappointed that the flowers arrived in a box thats not how flowers should be delivered I was expecting the flowers to be visable

1st time used the service, placed order on October 14th for a delivery October 17th a no notification of to say they cannot delivery, no one to answer the telephone after 17:00 and now system status delivery 18th. Very disappointing...

I ordered flowers on the 1st October to be delivered in Dublin on the 3rd October on a special anniversary. I received an email on the evening of the 3rd to state that the flowers were delivered successfully. I did not hear from the recepients of the flowers which was unusual. On the 4th I had to embarrissingly send them a text to ascertain if they received the flowers. They did not. I tried to ring the number 076 xxxxx, I was left with a long winded advertisement for Flowers Ltd. I put down the phone as I do not like listening to trivial adverts. I then emailed the company. I do not check emails until evening. I then decided to ring the number again, and after listening to the advert I spoke to a gentleman, who could not explain what happened, and he was dealing with the matter. He was very pleasant and honest, a fact I appreciated. To make a long story shorter, the flowers were delivered on the 5th Oct. with a bottle of prosceco. The flowers were not delivered on the date requested, which was the main reason for ordering them two days prior to anniversary. I am disappointed with this, and the fact that I had to embarrassingly ring the people to clarify if they got the flowers. Your computer system needs tweeking, because it notified me that the flowers were delivered, whereas the fact was they were not. When I eventually got on to your number, the person dealing with me there was very professional. I cannot say I will be using your service again. yours. Nuala Egan

Late delivery and when delivered the case in a delivery cardboard box which was soggy wet. The chocs were all wet and destroyed so had to be thrown out.

"My personal information was not kept safe by Bloommagic. I accidentally found a public file online because a seller from a website questioned my identity. The seller Googled my email address and the first result on the search was a public file that linked straight to the BloomMagic website. The public file contained all of the personal information I gave BloomMagic's website in June 2017, when I placed my first and last order of flowers. \r\nFurthermore, the same public file had a list of peoples email addresses and other sensitive personal information, dated from June 2017 up to the actual hour. After seeing this I went onto the BloomMagic public website and from what I could see somehow a section which should not have been accessible to me or anyone else in the public was openly accessible to all. It wasn't hard to find on their website and I'm not an IT expert to say the least. There I could see countless names, email addresses, phone numbers and even VAT invoices as well as all of my personal information and even worse of all, all of the information of the recipient of whom I had sent the flowers to. Needless to say I contacted Bloommagic straightaway. Bloommagic has assured me that they have reported this incident to the Data Protection Commissioner. I was offered a voucher by Bloommagic but declined this. I don't see myself putting trust in this website again when they couldn't even tell me how long all of my data had been available publically on the Internet. How could I be assured that they would keep my personal information safe second time around? \r\n"

Flowers delivered late afternoon, after the recipient had already left work. Nobody available to answer the phone in customer services at approx 3pm, despite repeated attempts to make contact. Very poor.

?'m very disappointed your recent service. .I specific ask deliver before 5pm,they confirm would be no problem. When I call after 5pm they told me flowers was delivered 4.45pm wasin't true,she was in till 5pm she didn't got flowerst that time. Next day she find a flowers in her office as they was deliver 5.15pm I was waisting my money I could get myself that time ,I'm non happy about that Wouldin't recommend your service to anyone Thanks Raimondas

Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid! Absolute disaster of a Company. Did not deliver Flowers on Day needed. Driver could not find the house, even tho full address and Eircode was available. Will never use again. Will never recommend. Stay away for these.

Flowers arrived with no water in them as it had leaked from the container. Flowers had already started to go brown and the container was ruined by the water mark left from the leak. I informed them of the delivery and said the flowers would probably not last longer than 24 hours. Received no apology and told that if I "looked after them properly" they would go longer than 24 hours and I could have a discount off my next order......as if!!

I've ordered a deluxe bouquet of orchids for a Birthday. Flowers delivered were old, few flower buds fell off on a second day and most importantly orchids were extremely short. When placed in to a vase all flowers were tall apart from tiny orchids. I have contacted customer support via the phone and I was requested to send photos as a proof. Waiting for a second day to receive their response (wrote two e-mails), yet I assume that hoping for a refund, replacement or apology as a minimum is not possible.

Hi Kathleen, As it says clearly on our website, we cannot not guarantee the exact time of delivery. Your flowers are send out in a delivery run with many other bouquets and depending on volume and traffic it is impossible for us to guarantee exactly when they will arrive.

I placed an order for the Yosemite Splendor. There is an option for standard, premium (plus 25%), or the deluxe (plus 50%). There is a sales offer that if you splash out on the deluxe bunch you will get a "free" box of chocolates (to the value of 10 euro). Since this was for my sister's birthday I decided to go for the deluxe deal, which cost 64 Euro. I then opted for the birthday card (3 euro) to go with it (usually free with other florists). The chocolates or card never arrived. False marketing or a genuine mistake? I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and contacted them the same day to make them aware. Their response was completely unsatisfactory. I would be refunded the 3 Euro for the card (my sister never received a birthday card). However, worse still, they said I could get redeem "free" chocates with my next order! So I have to spend more money to get this "free" gift. The sole reason I opted for the expensive deluxe bunch was so that my sister could have the added surprise of some chocolates on her birthday. Also I spent 10 euro for same day delivery, so I expect the things I ordered to actually be delivered!! The flowers themselves were very nice (not a huge bunch but nicely presented). Avoid the "free gift" scam if you're going to choose to this florist.
