She really helped me, I was really frustrated, as I was confused with the new contract. Her telephone manner to me was outstanding and I cannot thank her enough! Many thanks...”

“Called on the 12 July to sort my dads new contract out,Spike to a lady called Alivia,amazing customer care the phone kept disconnecting,well 3 times,she phoned me back every time,sorted my dads new contract out with a great price wasn’t expecting that thought my have to say I won’t to end contract ,but no it was sorted no hassle,very pleasant and polite so caring,Really was inpressed Iam with sky but after speaking to Alivia going to call virgin,good customer care goes very far”

“This customer service was really good today and was very clear helped me a lot i am very happy with him, unfortunatly the number that is linked to my virgin media account is not with me at the moment so i cannot rate him a 5. So i will say it here his name is Pritlvi (not sure if i spelt it correctly) but he definetly deserves a 5 the best”

“I had a to call on behalf of my husband he is very sick and could not make the call the gentleman at customer service was very helpful is name was Jam he talked me through a new contract and was most help full explaining very thorough he is an asset to Virgin media if all the customer service staff are like Jam then Virgin Media should not have any problems Well Done Jam you made my day a big THank you”

“Steven from Wythenshawe call centre manchester was at the brunt end of my 6 call problem. The lad was calm, collected and sorted everything out for me and was giving me banter also. Top lad and deserves to be promoted. Valuable asset to the team.”
