“I went to my local b&m in romford last night to buy a neck fan as the weather is getting hot this week. It was 740 pm so I only had 20 minutes left to look. To save time I asked a store assistant where they were and he was very quick to dismiss me and said no we don't have them in here. I replied well I checked online before I came and it said you have them in stock and he replied well we don't have any. I wasnt going to take his word for it so I went to look myself and guess what I found them. I made a point of telling him they were in stock. He looked put out and asked me which aisle I got it from. Maybe if he did his job properly he would know that himself.”

“Gazebo £100 grey had this 2 months and screwed down and even tied with rope to keep safe the screws kept failing out and it’s fell to bits going rusty waste of money no refund was told it’s not to be left out in adverse weather !! We’re in the middle of summer so basically don’t buy !!!!”

“All the staff were so happy and helpful. They all went out of their way to help me.i bought a table and chairs set and as I went through the till two staff members helped me to my car and loaded it for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done to B&M in Pool Redruth. I was amazed at the service. From the staff on the shop floor who went to search the warehouse for what I wanted. To the guys who served me at the till. They even discounted one item as the box was damaged. Special thanks to Damo and Callam who helped to carry stuff and load it into my car. Brilliant Ervin I’ll be shopping here again.”

“I have been looking for a canvas wardrobe as my doorways are narrow , I came across this wardrobe in B&M, amazing . I have never put anything together but was happily surprised , the different size rods were labelled together and instructions perfect. It took me 40mins , I’m so happy 😀”

“Staff had no idea of social distancing. One actually touched me twice from behind. Only two tills open, long queues at each, and four/five staff kept standing close chatting whilst one filled a perfume stand which was situated in the middle of the queue. Horrible experience. No wonder Bedford has a high number of cases.”

“Two hundred pounds gone down the drain, dye from clothes stained Norsk chairs . I've been told to contact clothes manufacturers as there clothes are not colour fast for every day use very odd feedback from b&m. I will not shop there again.”

“Have been trying without success to purchase Lenore anti crease spray at octagon site in Hanley stoke on trent over the last 2 weeks.know it’s popular but absolutely no sign of it staff either unaware of product or claim it will be arriving soon but no sign .Why are B and M advertising themselves as stockists ??”

“Security staff shouted at children who wereVIOLENTLY set upon by an adult male on Christmas eve-they were all under 8 and were kicked, punched and spat at in front of numerous B&M staff. B&M security stood and watched, some laughed -security shouted at the public who were terrified. Public treated with absolute contempt from security staff all the way up to management. Disgraceful.”

“I'm incredibly disappointed with this store. I purchased a lot of items for my garden a few weeks ago including garden furniture and a gazebo. I put the gazebo together along with the correct weights also purchased from the store. 3 weeks after using it we was outside in the gazebo and the wind picked up and it was moving a bit in the wind. The metal frame bent on every single join in the metal. I complained to customer service as I felt it was a manufacturing problem due to fact it was on all the joins and to point out that it was not acceptable for a purchase like this to last only 3 weeks,only to be told there was nothing they could do as it was outside. I replied to point out that it was outside as we was using it at the time and what was I supposed to do at that time? I've not heard from them since. Shocking quality and shocking customer service! I'm gutted as last week in another well known store they had a gazebo for the same price. If only I had known I would of spent my hard earned money there as they are known for good quality and customer service. Instead after shopping at b and m I am left with no gazebo after only 3 weeks of use and £90 out of pocket,needless to say I will not be making the same mistake twice and will never spend another penny of my hard earned money in this shop again!”

“I've ordered bouquet of amazing roses… I've ordered bouquet of amazing roses (just on the pictures)and received almost dead flowers plus damaged vase((( In the total B&M flowers doesn't want make refund of flowers and any money.”

“Today was a great experience at B&M in Shawlands, Glasgow. I was welcomed by a smart, friendly young man who offered to keep my personal shopping trolley for me until I had completed my purchases. The girl at the till point was also smiling and friendly. The young man brought me my trolley. I went out feeling so happy with my shopping trip today. Thank you B&M Shawlands.”

U have a lovely gentleman working for u named Terence (Terry) Nothing is too much trouble he’s a credit to your company .very helpful and checked stock for us for what we was looking for . “Shopping in your store and happened to want the toilet. I can’t understand why you won’t let customers use this facility when you have it. Yes we are going through a pandemic but what harm would it do to let customers use your facility in a safe way. This is a basic human need and it’s disgusting that you don’t let customers use it. It could be managed so that customers could use them. Toilets are a necessity. I appreciate you are not using your cafe that’s understandable but come on it’s 2020 You have toilets so put them in use.”

“15 may at 16.00 Swansea Parc Tawe store. Used to love this store but lately it’s being run by kids!! Left queuing for quite awhile today noticed at least 6 people left the store no one was called for at least a further 5 mins! Lucky it was sunny, then a young girl jumped off her till and said yeah come on in! 4 went in! The queues for the till were down the isle I was on the corner, there was 3 members of staff young girls talking loud and very un professional, a more mature person arrived by the till stood there watching them Chatting aloud, she said anyone available to jump on? One of the girls said yeah and called Someone then this lad shouted to the queue this tills open mind as if we were a bunch of divs when we knew that second that till opened then and not for ages that he wanted us to think! I’m a key worker and I have a card with my photo on and nhs number, at the till the manager was called because it didn’t have nhs on and it wasn’t a plastic one! There was nhs on the which she over saw! She spoke really loud at me saying I’m not supposed to take this as it’s not plastic I said it’s a nhs card with the ceos signature on it.. she was not happy and ranted on ..never shop there again... so unprofessional run by children!”

“Social distancing non existent at the Warrington Riverside retail store, no markings when queuing, no distance in the store, quite frankly a free for all. Worried sick after shopping here today wish I had not bothered. Somebody in management needs to address this IT IS DANGEROUS!!!!”

“Hi,I am one of the many in isolation, going shopping just once a week! Not hoarding! I was told in your Immingham store on Friday that I may have only two loads of bread for my husband and myself for a week! As my husband is a key worker and I have three conditions that I need to be in isolation for, coming out more than once a week would be irresponsible and down right stupid. I think that looking at what I had in my trolley should have told the assistant that I was buying by need and not hoarding! I had three loafs for a week ! That is insane !”
