Happened to go b and m bangor today. Decent store but omg the staff. Three male members of staff completely blocking an aisle masks only over mouths ? Whats the point. The tannoy telling customers to socially distance while these same staff are just pushing past customers with no excuse me. Im sorry but massive amounts of training needed in this store not only covid related but also customer service related. All over the store there was empty cardboard trays on the floor that staff have dropped while stocking up and just left it there too. Get a grip b and m.

Made three trips to the B&M in burnage to buy a NOW stick and according to the website they good availability but when I got to to the store I told we don't have any on top of the staff member couldn't get away fast enough just in case I asked her another question. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO KEEP YOUR WEBSITE UPDATED REGULARLY SO YOUR CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE TO UNNECESSARY TRIPS.

Visited the Reedswood store and although this is a large store with plenty of choice and quite a few tills open, the one thing we weren't impressed with was there were no paper towels to use with the sanitiser on entry to the store. Surely the management should ensure that someone replenishes these throughout the day in these challenging times.

I have had several bad moments at bnm store heybarnes especially with the lazy management I came into the store yesterday and the manager was on his phone I asked him for directions and was blanked by him this has happened on a numerous of occasions the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you,but I feel they are pressured a lot of the time

I am sick & tired of seeing 'deals'on the B & M web site only for the Rom Valley Way branch in Romford (RM1), Essex NEVER to have ANY of the items!!! 😠 The 1st time I wanted the car shampoo deal which was £5, the one with a sponge, (wasn't bothered about the sponge) but NO, sure enough they didn't have it, I visited again today to get TEN (10) bottle of VK alcohol drink (70 ml, Blue & pink flavour) but NO!!! AGAIN they didn't have them, I checked again for the Car Shampoo but, you guessed it...NOPE, I doubt they have never had it in, an item was on the shelves with a label stating 'not yet priced', why put the item out on the shelf then? The Porraige pots I also went in for were NOT priced, I walked to the front (AGAIN) to find out how much they are (39p each), when I went to pay for my shopping I double checked the price of them (even though it was the same person), I was then told they were ALSO THREE for £1, (didn't mention that the 1st time of asking!!!) so I went back to get some more (something I don't like doing as it holds people up), FIVE tiles but ONLY TWO open, the queue was VERY long. Is it JUST that branche? Even some staff told me that you can't always take the information about stock availability as correct!! It's got to the point I am not sure wether to bother visiting ever again. 😔.

Awful store, overcrowded with little social distancing to the point that I walked out. Not missing much as the standard of much of the Chinese sourced goods is dire, Whats happened to quality over price? Could do far far better Not even worth one star

Absolutely disgusted, no distancing in place. Staff not wearing masks, no hand sanitiser, what the hell is going on. More staff on the shop floor than on the checkouts. Manager in Blaydon should be sacked !! He obviously has no control over his staff. Used to be a brilliant store but I definitely won't be going back

No problem with the staff or thr stire itself, but they sell puppy training pads in packs of 30 and 100, they don't give the store much of a reputation for selling quality goods. They wee litually soaks through them and works its way under the polythene backing leaving a large square patch of wee and sticks to the flooring. Ive even tried doubling a pair but still soaks throgh ... very disappointing product.

A gentleman called Adam Khan has an excellent customer service, he has been very helpful he went an extra mile to help me Top man in my book. I only shop in that particular store for that gentleman and his excellent customer service will definitely recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good workšŸ‘

unacceptable business practice where all stock of the doctor who action figures have been sent up north and nothing being sent to Wales and the South of England. after 3 years of continuous bulk buying from my local store hardly any stores in Wales and the South of England are actually allocated these sets. why is this? I spend on average 3.2K TWICE a year on these items. obviously I do not matter and they don't want my business and my money. as long as Scotland and North of England get all the sets bugger the rest of the UK is it?

Ive just moved house n i am very happy the way i was treated especially by Jenny on the tills n she has also helped me aroud the stored absolutely amazing lady deserves a mention n she went above all my expectations she was not only helpful she was brilliant

B&M was extremely poor at keeping ANY social distancing rules. There were people crowding around everywhere

Went to the Tolworth Branch today and at least a third of the customers were not wearing masks (most of those were younger people). There was a security person standing at the tills doing nothing!!!! WhT is the point of us making an effort and complying with the rules when your shop lets these people in?

Belfast Connswater store Far too many people in store, no social distancing made impossible by the amount of cages of stock on the sales floor and the deputy manager thinking it was a good idea to herd customers to queue down 1 aisle with all other aisles blocked off. The congestion and health and safety risk not only from Corona virus but god help us all if there had of been a fire. This needs urgent attention as when i approached him about the matter he became quite defensive and dismissive. I will not be returning to this store as it is a major health and safety risk .

i went to the shop with my two daughters i got myself some wine for my wife as it’s her birthday and they said i couldn’t buy it, i’m 50 years old and i’m being told i can’t buy a bottle of wine not happy about it at all.
