“I think this course was very informative, and easy to follow. Maybe a little bit too long- i'm wondering if there is any reason why the course couldn't be seperated into an Ocean License and a fresh water license. A large amount of the course does not pertain to many boaters. I really enjoyed the safety ( Hypothermia-heat exhaustion) modules. I think i took the most out of those sections. Also, would be great if after a quiz you could see which question was incorrect. Happy to have my family all licensed and ready to enjoy the summer. Thank you boat smart :)”

“I signed for a small discount so that my wife, who occasionally drives our boat, gets this qualification, but when I got to then end of the course and inserted my "code" it gave me the typical 1 person price! I'd already paid before commencing the course... I thought I'd paid for 2 people at a minor discount. I'm left wondering If in fact I was charged for 2 and if so, then how will my wife log on to prove we're already paid and ready to roll?!?!?! Decent course, but takes a while... you might be done reading / studying a screen, but you've got to let the counter time out before being allowed to go to then next screen... painful!!”

“The course goes into a lot of detail for someone who wishes to simply operate a pleasure craft at the "cabin." Will never see any of these buoys.... There were a few snags during the quizzes, when it wouldn't continue on to the next question, saying I couldn't skip questions..... Overall, very good learning though!!”

“This course is safety oriented; ... "common knowledge" on the waters where "you" become "first responder" when something goes sideways is priceless. Hopefully, all goes well during every outings. In all cases, this course educates you basic seamanship knowledge and teaches you to remain safe at all times, to remain in control, and to act responsibly as your main priority. I'm glad to have taken this course.”
