“The course content was good and served as a reminder of how many things you must pay attention to if you are going to have a safe boating experience. I enrolled in the course and ordered the study guide but immediately began the modules.on line.I would have been better advised to get the book and then start the modules on line. The two together work well.”

“Content is great, very disappointed when my son spent hours on hours studying from the hand book, when he was ready to write the test he had to spend 7 hours going through all the modules and quizes online before being able to take the actual exam. Should be allowed to skip all tgat if studied previously.”

“I think the content is good overall. It's just a tedious process. Also, some of the questions or answers are poorly written. I would have liked to have known which questions I answered incorrectly so I can understand the information better! Thanks!”

“Overall, the course offering from BoatSmart was sufficient. As a family, we found the limitation of one email address per person to be cumbersome and my work filtered the email from Boatsmart, which resulted in my having to call your customer support for assistance.”
