“I loved the information, however, it would have been very helpful to know which questions I got wrong. Without that feedback, I might think I know something I don't. Other than that it was an awesome experience, and I know a lot more information about boating than I used to.”

“It was a good course. The only problem I had was. I had signed up in Aug of 2017 for 2 licences. When I waited until Jan 2018 to do the course. I could not get into my account so I paid for one more licence. I passed and the course is good. Is there anyway I can get my 79$ back on the first course I paid for. I sent emails and got no response when I said I could not get into my account the order # was 14029 . I was going to pay for my granddaughter to do course. It was for email gladhappy5@gmail.com”

“I worked on completing the exam over the course of a week. There was some challenging parts of the exam, but that was due to my lack of knowledge of being on the water. I felt the exam was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The only reason I did not give a rating of 5/5 is on some of the exam questions I felt that more than one of the options provided could have worked as the answer. Other than that, it was terrific!”

“There was no pressure in getting it done! I took my time and know that the real learning is the hands on when I actually get into the boats. We have a small aluminum fishing boat and a pontoon boat, as well as my kayak. Excited for the Spring to come so husband can show me the ropes (no pun intended).”

“I have bought a textbook when ordering my online course and exam and I have study for exam from the book. When I was ready I tried to get to online exam, but I couldn't skip an online course and I had to spend close to 5hrs just skipping through all the pages in the online course. Customers should have an option to do just an exam otherwise why even bother to sell this book. Another point is that on the actual exam there were at least 8 questions out of 50 that material wasn't covered in either the book nor online course. Course should be updated to reflect the most recent exams. In my opinion this course is outdated and I do not recommend it.”
