“A lot of repetition. Some parts could be broken down into plainer English. Some of the questions the answers could have gone either way. Would be nice to know which questions you got wrong so you can correct yourself. Overall I learned a lot!”

“Thankyou Boatsmart for helping me to get my P.C.O.C. I am especially grateful for the excellent way your course covers all the aspects necessary to Qualify. I have obtained a printed copy of your study guide to keep on hand which I shall refer to from time to time. Boating and fishing has been my passion for many years, (especially off shore). I have owned and opperated several boats and had a boat operators licence in South Africa (called a skippers licence) which obviously does not apply here in Canada. However, the practical experience gained is always useful. I can highly recommend your course to anybody ( opperaters and passengers) who are involved in boating and wish to do so legally safely and responsibly.”

“The course is very good. Would give it 5 stars but there are a couple errors, on I noticed was on the buoys, the one on the left is a diving one but the third one to the right says diving but it is a swimming area buoy.”

“The content was good but the design of the course could be improved. Some slides were duplicate of the previous slide and the timer was off so that even after the recording was finished talking, I had to wait 10-40 seconds on some pages before being able to click forward. It was also disappointing that on the quizzes following each section I was unable to see which questions I got wrong. I understand not being able to see this on the final exam, but during the learning sections it would be helpful to know what I missed so that I could learn from it.”

“Good program. I liked the videos. I read very quickly however so it was kind of a pain to have to wait for the timer to run out before I could move to the next lesson though. So it took much longer to get through the course than was necessary. Would have preferred to be able to move to the next lesson when I was ready and not have to wait for a timer.”
