“- I'd love to know which answers I got wrong - the video content was outstanding but the background music was a bit distracting - some of the questions in the module quizzes occurred before the content to teach the answer to the question - info about the PADI flags was ambiguous and you should be teaching both flags as a simultaneous pair rather than separately - a few of the questions had more steps in the oral narration than they did in the written component which would not meet accessibility standards”

“The course overall was very good. There was a lot of good information presented. My only complaint is the timer for each slide. Playing the narration was really good. But I don't understand why the timer for some slides is longer than the narration, while other slides have shorter timers with longer narration. Please fix that issue.”

“Your tool doesn't allow a person to write the exam without taking 4 hr of courses. That's crazy. My wife and I did the courses together. I wrote the test and got my card. But we had to go thru the courses again just for her to write. You have a crazy setup. I won't use it again.”

“No feedback on quizzes or test. Would love to know which questions I got wrong so that I could learn more. At least one of the questions did not match up with the material (percentage of deaths related to faulty equipment, material said 4% deaths and 8% of accidents but answers were 3% or 8% for deaths).”
