“Easy to follow step by step”

“It was a thorough course and very easy to follow and well put together. My only issue was that the timers are too long! It was EXTREMELY frustrating considering the hundreds of 'slide' you have to go through. I would finish reading the content and then have to wait an extra 5-30 seconds to go to the next slide. I understand the purpose of a timer but consider shortening them to maybe 75% of the existing timers.”

“This is a course composed by people who have been out in the sun too long in their boats, not by people who know much about education. The course is very poorly organized, very unevenly weighted, and lacking in clear focus. It should be re-written by somebody who knows something about test composing. Section 6 on buoys is the biggest problem: that one section is more work than all the rest put together. It is dumped out in a blur with confusion and much over-lapping. I am sure that everybody cheats on that section; it is the only way to do it in the time allowed. If you really want someone to learn that stuff, you have to break that section of buoys into a part two of the whole course, maybe even give a separate star on your license for it.”

“Great course! One thing I did not like was if you failed a quiz you must go back and retake the whole module again. Instead of identifying the section you may need to review you are stuck going back and watching the whole module. In the case of module 2 that is an hour.”

“I found the course to be very informative I realized how little knowledge I had of boating before writing the test The individual module tests are definitely beneficial for the final exam. And being able to complete the course whenever you can due to the save feature works really well for busy households. I had to get the helpline to step in to help in setting up one account. They were very helpful and knowledgable Thank you! Daradich family”

“The lessons were very informative, but the quiz questions seemed to be unrelated to the lessons and try to trick you to often. It is a very long, drawn out course.”

“The timers on the modules were a joke! So frustrating took me way longer than I needed! If you read everything at the bottom it is much quicker than watching the video. Also the videos weren't working. So all in all terrible experience. But at the end of the day I got my licence. 94%”
