“I had a couple of technical type problems, and also wanted an additional card. Support was able to figure out my issues (without waiting on hold) and get me back into completing the course. CS has emailed about extra cards and expect the same great help. Gary”

“The information in each module was presented in a way that was very easy to follow and understand. The animated videos were very well done and made the learning process much easier. I had no problems accessing the material on my computer. I went through one or two modules every evening until I finished the study guide. The website kept track of my progress without any problems. The study guide was excellent preparation for the final test. I would highly recommend this course.”

“very clear and informative instructions and as a "new" person to boating it covered more than I expected. The only downside is that you are not able to see your answers to any incorrect answers, so know way of knowing what you got wrong (so you can know what to do when that issue may arise).”
