I love having different choices of yoga routines for my different needs: cardio yoga, yoga flow, restorative yoga, advance yoga, pilates and different challenges designed to target problem areas. I like working out and want to sweet even with RA. Boho Beautiful covers all my fitness needs. No need for me to look for another program to complement since for me it is all I need!
