Estoy ansiosa por empezar el programa. Desgraciadamente cuando lo recibí enfermé de influenza y hectáreas un poco en recuperarme. Tengo 3 años practicando yoga por me sentí que detuve mi progreso y al ver sus videos quise retomar esta vida con el yoga con su guía. “It's so nice to get a really good exercise in while pregnant. In my first two pregnancies I wasn't sure on what was safe and what wasn't, so I basically stopped exercising (besides walking and very light yoga) during my 2nd trimester. “Over two years ago I hurt my back & after two MRIs the doctors told me I had 5 herniated dics & needed either a spinal fusion or for sure epidural cortisol shots. I asked the neurosurgeon his thoughts on diet change & yoga. He said no one he knew ever did it long enough to see if it would work. Well I took up the challenge by changing to an anti inflammatory diet (gluten free mostly)& using beginner boho yoga. I was able to get off all pain meds & I have done yoga every day for over two years. Last February I started your meditations. I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 38 after we had a family house fire! With daily meditations & yoga I believe I am able to focus way more easily & helped my mental state during the process of our house rebuild. “I love those videos and the vibe and peace to it. I tried yoga online programs before but I don't know why I never was able to turn off my mind. With boho beautiful it works and I really stick to it. Yes there are days I don't feel like it and on some days I prefer the meditation to the pilates session or the yin yoga to the workout flow, but everytime it is great. This wide range is great. And Joanna and Mark allways give me the feeling of being enough. After one year I finally am able to touch my toes (yes I was always very stiff) without needing a warm up and I did my first crow today. I really feel the difference.”
