“I came across this channel some five years ago or so when I was looking for some yoga classes that I could do at home. This channel exceeds my expectations. I love all of the locales they have filmed in and the music and direction are exactly my style. Nothing too slow, nothing too fast. I have tried other yoga classes on YT but always come back here. Last year I got a small and they didn't fit the best while doing yoga ( they would slide down off the hips/waist) so this year I got mediums and they fit perfect !!!
