“I've been with you on this yoga & meditation journey since 2014. I started yoga in the beginning because of back pain. I wanted to avoid doctors and medication. And yoga really helped me to do so. It has been 2 years that yoga became my daily routine. I became more focused, self-aware and living in the here & now. I added meditation afterward. Your guidance, your voices, your thoughts -> these are the ingredients that make every yoga or meditation session a strong internal experience. Thank ❤️ you!!!”

“I've been using Boho Beautiful app for about two years. I use it religiously as a part of my daily routine and workout sessions. I specifically use the library and calendar to easily find prior videos, and I have set schedules to keep myself organized. I love the palate workouts and find the range of exercise the best part. On Sundays, I like more flexibility and yoga training, and on other days during the week, I use videos that are specific core, glute, and let routines. The most important part is that in two years' time, I feel that I am much more flexible and have better balance. This is a great add-on to distance running!”
