“I love those videos and the vibe and peace to it. I tried yoga online programs before but I don't know why I never was able to turn off my mind. With boho beautiful it works and I really stick to it. Yes there are days I don't feel like it and on some days I prefer the meditation to the pilates session or the yin yoga to the workout flow, but everytime it is great. This wide range is great. And Joanna and Mark allways give me the feeling of being enough. After one year I finally am able to touch my toes (yes I was always very stiff) without needing a warm up and I did my first crow today. I really feel the difference.”
