“My husband purchased the boho beautiful transform workout for me as a birthday gift. I have been doing their videos on youtube for the last few years and they have completely changed my life, both on and off the yoga mat. All of the workouts are incredible and the video style content is above and beyond. Their music is the perfect mix and video style is so motivating I do their videos daily! It was time for a step up and I always wondered about trying one of their programs. Well this was the perfect gift! The workouts themselves are a notch up and definitely challenging even for someone like me who does their workouts daily. And the variety in content is amazing as well. I am glad there are modifications provided as I see I will be able to grow with the program. It's definitely a step up and challenging so I know it will not be boring or something I will complete quickly. I am so excited to take my yoga and fitness journey on this new path! “I've tried to keep at other types of excersises before like weight lifting or cardio but when I found your videos, I knew that I would never stop doing yoga. It was so fun and I always felt at peace after and it seemed eaiaer to be positive. Your videos have helped me so so much, physically and mentally. They have even helped me love myself again. “I really enjoy the workouts I find they have a great variety. I really like the calming and relaxing attitude that you have in all your yoga, especially the yin yoga videos. I am a busy mom of 3 so love the 20 - 30 min programs would love to see more in that time range. Look forward to any new programs you will have in the future”

“Recently I was gifted the Detoxify yoga videos and the Detoxify recipes/food program. The videos, as always for Boho Beautiful, were exactly what I needed and really helped me get out some of the negative things I was going through! I haven’t tried cooking the recipes from the Detoxify program yet, but will soon. The recipes are pretty simple to make and really look yummy! After this Thanksgiving glutton feasting I am in need of this amazing Detoxification process with these meals! Juliana and Mark have obviously put a lot of time, love and effort into creating this program, and it shows in every video and ebook page! So glad I had the opportunity to give this a try!
