“I am a woman of 57 yrs... I previously started this with “I am a 57 yr old woman” and I just thought that sounded awful! My husband decided he didn’t love me anymore this past year... ok. He said I didn’t look after myself anymore... ok. I came across your 5 minute arm workout one day. I thought, ya I can do that... it’s only 5 minutes! Lol... killed me. Anyway, that video led me on a year long journey that has transformed me. I am so confident in my body and my strength and my flexibility now. It has nothing to do with my ex-husband other than that gave me time to focus on myself instead of looking after him. I look forward every day to rolling out my mat and spending time with you even if it’s just 10 minutes... I feel powerful having a strong body... and it’s all because I tried a 5 minute arm workout one day and was inspired to try another video and another... so I thank you for being accessible and achievable for anyone. ❤️”

“So Perfekt - ihr habt mir und tut es noch, durch sehr schwere Zeit begleitet. Suizidale GEdanken, schwere Depressionen mit schwere PTBS bei meinem Freund und sexueller Missbrauch, muss man zu Hause mit einer 15jährigen Tochter erst einmal verarbeiten. Wir haben das zu dritt toll bis jetzt hinbekommen, aber logisch mit ein paar Wunden, die übrig sind. Aber sie sind so wichtig. Ihr habt mir in dieser Zeit so sehr geholfen und beigestandne, das ihc dafür auch überhaupt keine Worte habe, als ein von tiefsten Herzen kommendes - Vielen Dank für All!
