“When I was 15 years I was told by doctors if I continue with sport (athletics and volley) I wouldn't be able to walk with 20 due to a birth defect which was only discovered then. So I stoped doing sports. 8 years later I was at the point where I was physically and mentally on the edge. I didn't felt comfortable in my body and i had so many negativ emotions and no way to let them go. It was when my family considered to try yoga since i can control how much pressure I put on my body. I searched for something that will speak to me and found boho beautiful. In the beginning it was all about moving my body again and feel it again after the communication stoped for a long time. With time not only my body but my soul and way to think started a change I could have never done alone. Boho beautiful teached me about selflove, forgiveness and acceptance. The two of you mad me realise that the ego is the reason behind so much anger, that emotions are not a weakness but a way of our soul to communicate and that acceptance of yourself and your surroundings makes you so much stronger than judgement.
