This is what we receive every time we practice Yoga, Yin Yoga and Pilates with you.
Every movement we do it is very well explained, guided by your voice, sometimes with a hint of ilarity that helps to release fatigue and get above our mental limits.
Because of my work schedule that changes quiet often, I don't have the time to attend regular Yoga Classes. So I started first to follow your videos on YouTube and later trying this program in order to practice with longer lessons: this is like to have an "always with me teacher"!
