“I have tried all the programs except the prenatal and the 10 day yoga one. The Yoga retreat was my favorite one. It definitely expanded my horizons. It would be cool if they made a program for hatha yoga. The exercise ones were awesome too. I liked the yoga videos in the detoxify program but not too crazy about the recipes. There are many variations for the poses and everything is explained very well and the videos are beautiful and very profound. Thank you guys for everything.”

I never enjoyed going to a class as I always preferred the deeper inner quiet that could be achieved within my own personal practice. “I wasn't fond of yoga before but there are so many options for gentle, power, strengthening, flowing yoga, pilates, meditation, many levels. I needed some stretching and yoga practice before in person, but now I can fully enjoy this online practice. No pressure if you take it as a practice or as a way of living. Many options for free and even more in app. You are putting a lot of work into it. Still for affordable price. And I appreciate that you choose somebody who needs help more than we do. Thank you.”

Transform is everything I love about her style. Quite intense but never overwhelming, tiring or boring. Just the perfect fitenss-yogalates-working out mix. I haven’t been focusing on my strenght and resistence for a long time, and now I have been regaining this healthy feeling that comes from pushing harder. Couldn’t been happier with this purchase.”
