“My two weeks with Complete challenge were just fantastic! Talking about physical changes: my goal was to become toned and to reach my desired weight, but the result exceeded all my expectation. I even discovered the "new" muscles in my body:) I cant believe that it could happen in 2 weeks only. Menthal and emotional changes: Julia, you are not only a great yoga and pilates teacher, but also an amazing motivational coach and mentor. You made me believe that I really can do everything. On the top of the excersizes, I followed your nutrition and lifestyle advices and I got so many positive changes in my life. Thank you for creating this wonderful program!”

“I have been an avid YouTube watcher for years. I bought Transform 13 days ago. It’s amazing! Very challenging and still adaptable. The beach, her voice, everything you expect from a Boho practice. I’ve stopped calling it “working out” and started re-shaping my perspective. I now say “I’m going to go hang out with Juliana” instead. All around good for your mind, body and soul.”

“The complete Programme is an excellent tool to improve your current status. For me it is/was quite challenging as I’m still yoga Beginner. The mix between workout Pilates and yin yoga is great. Love it 😍 Will proceed it another time and try to implement parts in my daily practice.
