“I owe my practice to Boho Beautiful. I started doing yoga in Jan 2019 - I was struggling with family and work issues and Juliana's classes were a great compromise of fitness (which I had always loved) and yoga. Slowly incorporating more yoga and less pilates/fitness. Her voice is patient and encouraging - I had never in my life felt that I was exactly where I needed to be and that the goal was the journey, not some race time. “Boho Beautiful has changed how I think about yoga. Previously, I felt bad, if I couldn't do a posture perfectly, which still is the case most of the time. It helps a lot to hear to be forgiving with myself, to do a posture as it feels comfortable for me at the moment. I love that you are really professional at what you do, every single aspect is perfect in itself and it makes a whole together: the quality of your videos are always 100% by means of cinematography, choosing locations and my favorite thing: you don't talk during filming your videos but you record the text later in a perfect voice, length and content. I have a hard time falling asleep and relaxing but after a yoga session with you, I do manage to go inwards, shut the world out and feel afterwards rejuwenated. Thank you for everything!”

“I was so lucky when I came across Boho Beautiful free videos on youtube, it has been more than 5 years ago. Since then it has become a part of my daily routine. First of all, I love mindful messages, the sceneries, the pace and the selection of exercises.
