“I stumbled across Boho Beautiful about 2-3 years ago and at the time it was not a good fit. I was weak and miserable and wanted primarily to reap physical benefits of yoga starting from zero. As I advanced in my practice, I wished to improve and challenge myself and that’s when Juliana’s approach aligned with my intentions. Her classes are challenging but her warmth and calming voice pushes me through them. I will never be as flexible and graceful as she is but her commentary helps me to focus on myself and celebrate little wins that my body is capable of.
