I also wanted more flexibility and Boho Beautiful has amazing videos that have improved my flexibility to where I didn’t think possible. The yin yoga is so relaxing and I love the meditations. “I really love Boho Beautiful. I work out with you for many years now (YouTube) and I really appreciate all your hard work. I also purchased two programs. My first one was "Transform" and now I purchased "Boho Beautiful in ten days" and I am so in love. This program will challange you but on the other hand it will calm you down with the yoga and meditation sections. And I must admit that both programs changed my body. I'm now stronger and my flexibility has improved so much. If you guys looking for a fitness challenge than try "Transform". This one is really hard and pushes your body. Both program's are so beautiful to watch and gives you that "I'm on vacation" feeling. I especially like the scenery. Thank you Julianna and Mark. Keep up your fantastic work. “This is my first time purchasing a boho beautiful class, and I absolutely love it. The 2-week Transform is absolutely worth the purchase, I love that it has yoga centric poses yet it's amped up with lunges and cardio. Each video has a warm-up and cool-down, Juliana shows variations for different levels, and talks you through each pose- keeping me honest and challenged. I will do these again and again! I feel stronger and motivated to keep up a daily practice.”
