Absolutely fuming, I bought a couple of thing's from boohoo two weeks ago. Even though I was told maximum wait time was 5 days I received one email from them over a week later saying they know its been a while,with no apology or date. I then waited a further week a decided to write a complaint as my items were also for a birthday present which had now passed as it was the 8th of December. And their response was don't worry. Customer service and care is abysmal. I extremely angry and disappointed with the service or lack of that I have received. I would have brought from here again but due to how they've felt with the situation, I probably won't.

Omg! How to make a woman feel awful about herself! Ordered a large in my clothes and could not get them on, I had a total melt down thinking id put on even more weight till my partner tried the jeans on and said the size was totally wrong .....

Ordered a tracksuit for my son which he really wanted. Washed it before he wore it especially during these covid times and the whole lot came out bobbly. Contacted customer services who said they don’t usually refund for a bobbly product. This had not been worn and just washed yet they didn’t care!! They finally agreed to 50% refund me bearing in mind this was a £32 tracksuit which I could have got a branded one for nearly the same price 😤😤 the Best Bit was then being told to use a RAZOR to remove bobbly bits!!! On a brand new item I shouldn’t have too!!! Absolutely disgusted with boohoo.

The cloth are horrible quality, I bought from them 6 outfit. Three of them where damaged others where horrible quality and totally different colpir or model from the picture

Ordered a loungwear set plus size 16, couldnt get the bottoms past my knees, how is it a plus size? I dont think it would have fitted a size 12 let alone a plus size sized woman

I ordered 3 plus size slash neck jumpers in a size 20 (normally im an 18) and the sizing was absolutely ridiculous i couldnt even pull them down, they size 20 jumper fitted my 10 year old daughtet who is quite petite and also bought some hiker boots only to find that the insole inside the boot was coming off, definately wont be ordering off this site again.

BOOHOO IS A SCAM AND NOT LEGIT. PUBLIC DO NOT SPEND MONEY OR YOU WILL RISK LOSING IT WITH NO WAY OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. I’VE HAD ONLY A POOR EXPERIENCE AS A NEW CUSTOMER WITH BOOHOO AND MY FINAL RESORT IS TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE. IT HAS BEN OVER 6-MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FOR REFUND AFTER LOSING OVER $400 IN LOST MERCHANDISE VIA MAIL THST I WAS SO EXCITED TO PURCHASE. BOOHOO PROMISED TO PAY, BUT NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE DETAILED INFORMATION AND OCCASIONALLY RECEIVING A RANDOM EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE??? AS A NEW CUSTOMER, I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH BOOHOO, BUT RECEIVED NOTHING BUT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN RETURN. OTHER CONSUMERS SHOULD KNOW BEFORE SPENDING THEIR MONEY AND RISK IT BEING LOST WITH NO WAY OF CONTACTING OR RECEIVING A REFUND. THIS IS A SCAM IN BOOHOO IS NOT LEGIT.

Received my order yesterday, there sizing is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered up a size to be safe and STILL 3 sizes small. Not to mention the ridiculous fee they charge to send the product back. Customer service are so unhelpful, was in the hopes to at least receive a refund on the money I paid to send back but no luck. Will never be shopping with boohoo again.

Boohoo customer service is diabolical, ordered a tracksuit it came wrong tracksuit ...emailed boohoo numerous times ...sent back item but all the work done by myself ....re order my original tracksuit...same thing happened again !!!!! Another week of emails ....customer service not very helpful at all . What makes it worse you can't speak to anyone on a phone call ....wonder why ????? Never again ...........

Terrible quality clothing. They charge a lot to ship and charge you again to return their terrible Merch. Took forever to get customer servie. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. This is why I have stayed away from online purchases.

Very poor customer service from Boohoo. On the date I ordered, the website clearly stated 28 days to return an item. The website still stated 28 days to return items on the date I tried to start a return. However, the website would not allow me to initiate returns. Nicole, Aimee and Ashleigh who work in customer service were very unhelpful saying that they'd changed the return times to 14 days even though the website still stated 28 days. I have a screenshot of the website to prove it states 28 days to return. They've left me no other option than to initiate two credit card claimbacks to get a refund for the poor quality clothing. I have been ordering from Boohoo for a while but the quality of clothing has deteriorated and I have to send more items back on every order.

I needed to return a blouse because it was damaged when I received it. They told me I need it to buy a return label which I did, but I never received the label, I contacted them right away and the only thing they did was apologize. I contacted them several times asking for the return label, they kept telling me sorry and that they forward the matter to the manager but still no label was sent to me. I asked for they refund (label) and they refused. They refused to send me the label, they refused to refund the fee for the la label and they ignore my messages. They are unprofessional, unreliable and thieves.
