“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. IT IS SCAMMY AND NOT GOOD QUALITY!! I placed an order and paid $15 extra to have it expressed shipped to me in order to be here by my birthday. It promised 3-4 days to ship and that was plenty of time when I ordered it. Once I placed the order, the email said it would be here in 2-3 days and would be here on a Wednesday. For over a week there was no tracking information updates and it did not arrive when it said it would. I keep emailing the company and they are very rude and refused to refund me until I got the package. My birthday came and gone and still no package. Might I add that I NEEDED my package for my birthday plans, so my ENTIRE birthday plans were ruined. I have told the company this many times. My package was finally out for delivery and of course got miss delivered. I went looking everywhere for it and called UPS and nothing was done about it. Finally, I got it from one of my neighbors and contacted the company AGAIN for a refund. THEY ARE NOW MAKING ME SHIP IT BACK TO THEM AND PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO THEM. As if I didn't already pay $15 to have it shipped to me and be so late, now they want me to spend more money to ship it back.

“I bought 4 pairs of track suit pants before Christmas. I thought when I tried them on that they felt uncomfortable even though I got the extra large. I though I was too big for them so I tucked them away until I had lost a bit of weight. I have since lost 10kg and tried them on again to find one pair has the pockets sewn in backwards, another pair is the weirdest shape and so baggy around the tummy but tight around the legs and the other 2 pairs are just passable in quality. I can't return them as it's over the 30 days now. But never again will I waste my money.”

After signing up to your website and placing an order, I received no order confirmation or no order number but the money was taken out of my account. After expecting next day delivery when the order didn't arrive I tried to track and resolve the situation as the money was still taken from my account.After receiving a generic email back telling me my order was in the warehouse and how to track it (as I had no order number I could not do this) yet the order still did not arrive.no one from your customer services looked into this or even sent an email back regarding a personal email back after I emailed to state I still wanted the order.These items were gifts and now have not arrived I have chosen to shop elsewhere and will not be using your company due to the lack of customer service. “Ordered 4 items, one of the items was some PJs. Pulled the PJs out the packaging and noticed there was no tag on them, proceeded to try them on and noticed the most awful smell coming from the armpits. The smell of BO strong enough to make me and my daughter gip!! Someone obviously bought them, wore them for the night and then decided they didn’t want them. How the smell was not noticed by the people packaging them is beyond me!! I spoke to someone on the Facebook page and was sent a new pair... no discount, no refund nothing. “I used to love boohoo but the plus size range is appalling! I’m 5’4 and don’t exactly have slim legs and I have a tummy. Their trousers always run up too small & tight and some of the tops can be tight too. Their sizing is just ridiculous! Won’t be buying from them again.”

“I placed an order on the 1st of January, it's the 31st and my items haven't got here yet. That's not my only issue, since with coronavirus and the issues it has caused, the delivery dates vary. The thing is that their customer service was appalling. Not only are they not willing to refund my money, but they're rude in our communication as well. And it wasn't a small order, we're talking about 300€, which is more than half of minimum wage in Greece. “I'm extremely disappointed with boohoo. I'm a size 8 on the bottom. I've recently started buying from boohoo and to be honest its made me feel like I've put weight on due to buying a pair of mom jeans that are high waisted. I can't get them past the tops of my knees. I have bought mom jeans and skinny jeans from other stores and fit lovely with room, the jeans and joggers from boohoo are awful sizes. I then went and bought a size 12 in the same jeans from boohoo to see if this would resolve the issue and I've never ever been a size 12 not that there is anything wrong with a 12 of course but I'm a 6 on top and 8 on the bottom so when I got the size 12 in the jeans I had to laugh as they don't fasten now but fit my legs. Honestly boohoo sort you're sizing. It's not just the jeans I've had problems with.
Being a smaller busted woman they make clothes that I would say fit a bigger busted woman and this hurts. That's another rant for another day lol.”

Beware they sent you an email with fedex tracking number and when you tracked is just the shipping label created by boohoo but your order is not in FedEx hands. If you have money to give away go right a head and order from boohoo. This side should be banned from the USA. Terrible.”

I ordered size 6 they sent me size 8, then return the item back... i am still waiting for my refund, they give you a shipment slip that you buy from their site 5 euros, then paypal does not cover you ... so Boohoo tells you for 28 days you will get you money back, so time runs out,,, then they tell you your money have been refunded to paypal, you will have it in 24 hours, I am still waiting. Lost of money, the item and your time and energy horrible experience”
