“PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
I ordered premium and an item from them and they took two other duplicate payments without my permission.
I tried to contact support service as soon as it happened and they told me they will refund it and wait 48 hours for it to bounce back. I waited and confirmed to them it didn’t bounce back and they told me to WAIT AGAIN FOR 48 hours and it will be refunded. I Came back to them after 48 hours AGAIN, and they said they will pass it on to another team.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. First of all they should not of taken the money out of my account without my permission.
Second of all, I provided so much proof for these unauthorized transactions. This is unfair. This should have been returned STRAIGHT AWAY.
Please do not trust them, I use to order all the time and every time there was an issue boohoo never cared or correct it.
THEY STOLE MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK. For such a big company you would think that they would just return the money they took from a customers bank account with no permission.”
“Brought two bandage dresses from this company the quality was horrible. One of the dresses came with a tear in the side and one of the straps were loose. Company refused to send me another dress or offer a full refund. Don’t waste your money or time.”

It is completely off, as I ordered a pair of black fluffy sliders in a UK size 7 (40) and was very excited to get my package only to find out the size was way too small for me. Quality is okay, but I would not trust sizing. If anything, go a size up or two. Not a good experience at all.”

They will advise you they cannot process your refund because you have a paypal claim open and if you closed your claim then they will process the refund! DON'T CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL CLAIM!!!! As they will continue to lie and delay your refund!!!
39 days later...I have finally received a refund, minus the delivery charge for the faulty item, after advising them I will report them to Trading Standards!
