I paid for express shipping from the UK to Australia (four working days), and my order arrived right on time! The three dresses I ordered fir perfectly, and they are ridiculously comfortable for the price I paid. Exceptionally happy with my purchases. Thank you, Boohoo!

This online store has the worst Customer service I ever experienced. I ordered a gift (holidays weather) for my niece before Christmas and it arrived three weeks later. My niece never got to wear it because the arrival time was too late. I've asked several times for a refund during the month of Dec. and then when I received the item shipped it back and now they claim the item has not arrived back to them. Now, we're in January 2016 still no refund. I believe they will keep my money after reading all the ratings. The representative online on the Twitter (online app help) was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will never order from this company again or refer friends or family. I'm a disabled person, living on a fixed income it makes me so upset that they are companies out there like this stealing money from their customers. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and keeping their customers happy. Which is essential to keeping your customers coming back in addition to having a successful company!! In due time, these poor ratings will keep customers away! We all need to report this company to the better business bureau as soon as possible!! Everyone stay away!

Hi I have received my dress and I am very pleased with it,I will definitely be ordering off you's again.I was disappointed in delivery service as waited 2 days but that wasn't boohoo's fault it was the delivery company hermes.

Their "customer service" team is so rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help let alone do their job. I returned my item on 11/30/15 and so I emailed them what is taking so long. Also included in that email was my tracking number, which with simple copy and pasting abilities will show that my package was delivered to the return address well over a month ago. They kept insisting on a "proof of purchase" but as everyone knows how can you even ship an item and track that items activity without the appropriate postage. Therefore giving them the tracking number and a picture of my package should be proof enough. But not the case at all they were just rude lazy employees who would just copy and pasted automatic replies simply ignoring all of my questions. All in all STAY AWAY!! They will practically find ways to steal your money. And BooHoo dont bother leaving a comment back giving any excuses why this happened just to save face. Shop from ASOS instead if youre looking for an amazing UK online retailer.

I ordered an outfit on the 16th November 2015 to wear for my husbands 40th using next day it didnt arrive. Customer services said it would be with me by the 18th November it wasnt When it did arrive it was to late and not very nice. I returned the item on 23rd November recieved confirmation on 1st December they had the item returned still have not recieved a refund though. Suppose to be a max of 30 days.

I ordered 4 outfits and 1 contour color palette and LOVE everything. Everything looks just like the pics and everything is very nice quality as I didn't purchase anything to cheap. It took around 1 week to receive my items which is fine as I paid NOTHING for shipping. I was so scared I wouldn't recieve my items due to some reviews but had no problems. Also was able to track my order from day 1. Thanks boohoo! I will deff order again

This is seriously the worst online store I've ever ordered anything. The products are much worse quality than the pictures on the website show and I had to return everything I ordered (two dresses, a bag and a necklace). This has never happened to me before and I buy most of my clothes and accessories online. Even worse is their absolutely horrible customer service, or more like lack of it. I had to contact them because I had some issues with the return package and both the answers in their official Facebook site and their email customer "service" were rude and snotty. I will never ever order from them again and highly recommend to stay as far a way as possible.

We made an order in October 2015, which we received promptly. But that's where the good news ends. We had to return several items which we did within the required timescales. It is now 10 weeks later and we still have not received our refund. We have contacted Boohoo on numerous occasions that have promised to refund us, but we are still waiting. This is outrageous customer service and we will now be seeking legal advice.

I have been ordering stuff from Boohoo for over a year now and can honestly say I am delighted. Their prices are excellent (often unbelievable!) and I keep around 90% of what I order. For the items I do return, their returns policy is excellent, very easy and straightforward and I get acknowledgements that the goods have been received and when refunds have been made. Goods are dispatched very quickly and delivered promptly, again orders are acknowledged along the way. I cannot fault this company for quality of service, well fitting clothing that is true to size and VERY reasonable pricing! Well done Boohoo and thank you!!

They are the WORST. I live in the US and have ordered items before and it was fine, everything arrived on time. This time i ordered a few things a week ahead of Christmas and chose delivery that would ensure it would be there on Christmas eve. My items never arrived. When i tried to find the number to call to see where my things were i found no number. i emailed as the website suggests and got an automated message followed by an email saying my package had been lost. I responded that i still wanted the items and i was assured they could be reordered and sent express so i would not have to wait another week. I received another email that two items were not in stock, i agreed to just have the other items sent. I got another email that they were being send standard delivery and i wouldn't get them for another week and a half. when i tried to respond and tell them that express delivery was promised since my package was lost by them and not me, i received another automated response and another email telling me AGAIN that the other two items weren't in stock, as if they hadn't read the prior correspondence. I tweeted at the company twice and got no response. I just want my money back at this point because its ridiculous. Upon calling the number to the office i had online the receptionist told me customer service "doesn't have access to phones" and that i should tweet for a quick response (Which i already did). After i insisted that i did everything i was supposed to do and things still weren't working she claimed she had no way to contact anyone from customer service. as a receptionist for a company that seems silly.. and downright stupid. long story short they are fine if there are no problems with delivery, but if there are, you're screwed because there is no way to get a straight answer from customer service.

Excellent service, I tend to go for the next day delivery and always recieve it the next day without any delays, the best thing is I get it early morning, and this timing has continued to stay throughout all my orders! Which is brilliant. Ive ordered from this website numerous amount of times & havent had any problems so far.

Boohoo never fails to please me! Amazing service, amazing product just as explained. Deleivery was next day just as stated as I've order from sites like miss guided which have terrible postage. I always order from boohoo and I always will. Thanks so much for an amazing product at an affordable price.

Next day delivery ?? On several occasions I've had to settle with my order showing up 2-3 days later when I pay for next day delivery . When I message costumer service I always get the same rubbish "courier attempted but no one was in " why would I leave home when I'm expecting a parcel! This has just happened to me as I type and I felt the need to write a review as this is very ridiculous

Anyone that is giving complaints about boohoo's delivery service or the clothes is absolutely ridiculous. Boohoo delivery is soo quick and fast. I'm so happy with my items. Love love love the boots, the skirt , the top and the jacket. Stop lying about boohoo being "bad". They are absolutely brilliant! And can't wait to order more from them. I'm so happyyyy :). The customer service is also outstanding, they try to help as much as possible on Twitter! Boohoo Thanks very very much for the fast delivery and the beautiful items I received :). Terrible service as ordered an item for next day delivery and failed to comply with what they offer customers and never received the item and still waiting for delivery of it. Very poor company as take your money and fail to deliver on time.

Ordered a dress on 6th Dec paid for next day delivery .Required for my sons charity event tonight (11th Dec). Still not arrived. Contacted boohoo 8 different times to be promised it would be delivered by the next day. Still not here and now how no dress to attend the event .Extremely dissapointed in boohoo, both the lack of effort your team made to chase up my delivery and lack of call centre - unless you are on Facebook you get no response to emails. Terrible experience and don't think I would ever use this company again. Most of my friends have also said they are disgusted by boohoo and won't use it again .

I'm so pleased! Was in search of a jumper dress that was fairly tight fitting or bodycon. Although the colouring of the dress was slightly different to the picture I thought that was to be expected considering colours online often vary from reality anyway! Ordered the dress on a Saturday evening and it had arrived first thing Tuesday morning, despite being told I could be waiting til Friday. I was so impressed by the quick delivery! Especially seeing as I selected free delivery which was up to 7 days! Good price and fitted well around hips and bum, was the right length for me and size guide online was correct! Only downside is that it was a little loose around the back and elbows but hey, everyone is a different size and one dress can't accommodate everyone perfectly. Was very surprised by all the negative reviews. I GOT MY ORDER IN 3 DAYS GUYS, AND IT'S ONLY 2.5 WEEKS TIL CHRISTMAS! I'm sure they are doing the best they can during one of the busiest times of the year. Chill out and give them a break. Not everything can happen at the snap of your fingers so just enjoy life while you're waiting for your order to arrive. Would recommend and definitely keep in mind when looking to do more online shopping.
