“I've been a loyal customer of boohoo for years, but unfortunately in the last month or so I have noticed a lot of difference which I do not like.
Firstly removing reviews under items sold, secondly not providing a returns label and having to print our a label is very inconvenient and time consuming! Not everyone has a printer at home and if you haven't you will have to get yourself at an Internet shop to print one out!
Lastly, first time since I've ordered from boohoo and returned items back to find full refund was not given. I had to chase them up and show proof of returns for then to come back to me and state that they are refunding me for the missed refund, no apology nothing!!!!!!!
For these reasons I will not be purchasing anything from boohoo again!!!!!!
If you become the boohoo you once were maybe I'll reconsider, but for now it's a no way!!!!!!”
“Purchasing items and delivery was great but returning items is a nightmare. You should get a refund in max 21 days but nearly 30 days later I was emailing them, chasing my refund and had to wait another 5 days which was unacceptable”
“Boohoo makes me happy because there is always such a variety of clothes available in both the sale and the branded departments of the website. Every few hours, a new deal is available to cut down the delivery price, and I always opt for next day delivery (normally about £1.50) and my items always come on time, ready and waiting in my porch the next day. With some of the lower priced items, the quality of the garments can be tacky and fit not true to size, but for goodness sake you are paying £3.00 for a dress, so who cares? The rest of the clothes suit different shapes and styles of people and more than often come in lots of different colour to pick from. I love Boohoo and most of my clothes are off the site, rather than a store where the styles can be unoriginal. Love it!”
“I have used boohoo for over a year and have enjoyed some of their clothes, however their new EASY returns system is a joke! Got to print own returns label, go on the portal system, all of which is time consuming and unhelpful. Not be using them again!”

Burnt orange is what it should have been sold as. I emailed boohoo and returned the item. I might as well have received an automated response from there online team. “Great customer service! Replied within ten minutes and was very helpful when I needed to cancel my order due to a mistake (my own) with the colour of the dress I wanted. I will still buy the dress in black. Was concerned with the 20 extra dollars for express delivery (as I live in NZ), but will see how that turns out.”

Used there free returns label only to have the item sent back to me saying "no such address" I contacted Boohoo they offered to pay the postage, scanned the receipt to them and they decided not to refund me the full amount! “It's impossible to contact anyone and the next day delivery that I paid for is wasted as my day waiting for it. Hermes website shows that it has been attempted to deliver but as I mentioned I was home all day. No contact card or a slip or anything that would prove or let me respond is left. “I ordered from Boohoo a pair of overalls. When i received my order confirmation, i saw that rather than it being a size 6 the order was in a size 10. I thought i must have made the mistake of putting the wrong size. Customer Service told me they could not cancel my order and that i would have to wait for it to arrive and return it. I ordered the same item again (as i planned to wear them somewhere) and was sure to click the right size as i did not want the same mistake of having the wrong size. When i received my email confirmation, it AGAIN said a size 10. This time i knew i picked the right size the first time but that Boohoo's computer system screwed up and changed my size twice! Now i am stuck with two items of the wrong size and have to wait 21 days for a return. It is not worth even ordering from this site!”
“Their customer service is useless!
They took so long to reply to my emails (48-72 hours each email) and kept ignoring crucial parts of the emails. They would tell me they "couldn't help and were sorry"! All for a mistake THEY made that not only duplicated my order, but sent the wrong colors, sizes, as well as had a few items missing! Then they expected me to pay for return shipping!! Who does that??!!”
“I really love this company. i have bought from them numerous times. Their clothes are good and arrive in a timely manner (except for express shipping when you actually need it lol)
I spent hundreds of dollars with them yet again and the next day everything went on sale. I know that i wasnt actually entitled to anything but I have spent $1000 with them in less than a year. Customer service were rude, uncaring and often copied and pasted their replies. I asked to speak with a manager honestly about 10 times, there was no sense of urgency or care. Finally, the manager got back to me, cancelled my current order and allowed me to buy at todays cheaper price. A really simple ask and a really simple fix.
Customer service had basically told me that they dont care how much I spend in their store, coming from a customer service background myself it was really upsetting they really didnt care to help me at all.
I love boohoo and their clothes but after being treated the way i was by customer service (no the manager- she was great) I cannot continue to shop from this store.
Boohoo need to value customer service and the life long value of a customer. They have lost a customer who spends on average about $1000 per year. In the grand scheme of things that isnt much, but if customer service keeps treating people this way there will be alot of customers no longer returning and they will eventually feel the difference.
My advice to boohoo, please value customer service and train your staff.”

I had my eye on a few things for ages and I ordered a skirt and top on Wednesday for my school graduation on Friday and I payed 1.99 for next day delivery and it arrived perfectly. I got both in size 8 and they both fit great!! I love the fabrics and it's super comfy! Great buy! Next day delivery was perfect xxx”
“I ordered a top from boohoo and when I washed it the first time the top frayed in parts and was unable to wear it. I emailed boohoo customer service who got back to me later that day and informed me they would send me out another top free of charge on next day delivery. Great customer service very impressed!

“I am very disappointed with the service boohoo have provided me with, I would not even reward them with 1 star if I had the option to do so. I placed an order on Sunday at approximately 11.30am and relied on next day delivery as the delivery details on their website lead me to believe that my order would arrive by Monday. After complaining multiple times to the boohoo customer services team on twitter, I received my order on Tuesday to find that the dress I ordered was completely see through!!! It appears to look completely different in real life than online, which I find very deceiving and misleading. I also find that it is very poor quality in relation to the price I payed. I have contacted boohoo in regards to returning the item and I am again quite disappointed that I am not provided with a returns slip, and have to print one myself and I am also annoyed with the fact that my money may not be returned until 21 days time! “I placed a large order with boohoo.com on March 7th (27166699) and it arrived March 15th. Nothing I ordered fit, so I paid for the large order to be returned to their return center in Georgia. When I never heard anything for a few weeks I contacted their customer service and they responded quickly and explained the 21 days because of the UK return center. Once those 21 days had passed I tracked my return and saw that it had arrived in GA on March 30th. They again stated that it takes time to arrive in the UK, fine. When I began to contact them again about they explained I needed to provide proof of shipment and send them all the items from my order. Also, they always responded within the 24 hours that an automatic email states when you contact their customer service. But when I asked for a copy of my packing slip and their Georgia return center contact information on May 5th, no one responded to me. So I contacted Panther Parcels who confirmed that my return did arrive on March 30th and that BooHoo's UK center received an alert about my return being sent to them by Plane. I was then told by the Panther representative that it arrived to their UK warehouse on May 7th. I contacted them AGAIN on May 9th with all this information and the confirmation info I was given by Panther and I still have heard nothing back. I will just keep trying to reach out until someone from their customer service has the respect to respond back to all of the information I've given them. Extremely disappointing customer service, especially finding out they got alerted about my return and they still couldn't reach out to me even though we've been in contact since March.”

I am afraid that, if you are unable to print off the returns label, the return will be at your own cost. As is shown on our Returns Policy, to which you agreed to at the time that you completed your order: Free returns are only available via the returns portal link above. Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability.
If yourself or your friends do not have access to a printer then a cheaper option is to use a local library / internet café.
If you are unable to gain access to a printer then the return is at your own cost and we are not obliged to reimburse this to you. Please refer to section 9 of our Returns Policy for further information.
