Ordered next day delivery, four days later it still hasn’t arrived and when I messaged them via WhatsApp they’ve advised me I need to allow five working days for a next day delivery and if it still hasn’t arrived they’ll “see about giving me a refund”

Clothes are awful quality. Sizing is so off. I'm normally a size 14 but from boohoo I can be anything from a 14 to a 20. Materials used are cheap and see through. Customer service are awful. Check your bank statement after payment because they charged me way more than my 'final payment' on the website stated and their answer was that there's nothing they can do and if I'm not willing to pay that then I need to return my order, during a pandemic.

has… Paid for next day delivery and item has been sent normal delivery. I ask why and was told it's my fault as I didnt click k next day. I PAID FOR NEXT DAY, they took my money. The attitude of the help was it's my own fault, I selected normal delivery. Why the hell would I pay for unlimited next day and then choose for it to be delivered a week later

Boohoo sizing is so wrong! I bought a few things for a friend SIZE 20, they looked VERY small so I tried them on and they were also tight on me.. SIZE 14!! Sending them back before attempting to give to my friend but I can imagine how some girls feel when they order stuff from boohoo and the sizes are not true to size at all. A real confidence knock.

this was my first and last time ordering. delivery time was fantastic...but that was about it. i ordered a dress that was meant to be loose fitted so i ordered size 12 as im around a size 10-12.....this dress was so tight and so short! i also ordered some leggings....but they were clearly made for someone with 2 different leg lengths....my left leg fits below the ankle and the right leg is just below my knee...like really!? these are in the sale for £7.99 a pair and i brought 2 pairs! also very see through and thin. i knew the quality wouldn't be amazing but this is a joke! because of the corona virus i will not be returning the items because i do not want to go to the post office. the quality is pure trash!

Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated!

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 products. Two were faulty. One had a very visible stain that would not come off and the jacket has a cuff link missing and when I asked for a refund for the jacket they only offered me 50% even though they sent me two faulty items. They didn’t offer me a coupon for the horrible service or the fact that they sent me items that were garbage. I repeat do not order from this company. The clothing is cheaply made and the company does not care.

They don't have the best systems ops. so many times they oversell. Rather than letting the customer know they will ship the package with missing items OR they will send you a different item labeled as what you ordered OR if they do not have it in the size you ordered they will send you another size. Even if they agree to refund you, you will still have to pay the shipping fee to return your incorrect items. If you are going to return items make sure you select all items at once because if you forget to include anything in the portal you will have to pay an additional shipping fee for each additional item. The clothes themselves are made of very cheap fabrics and overpriced. They have very nice pictures on the website but know that any items, such as purses or shoes, that appear gold in color are actually copper and have been edited.

I have ordered 4 items . I have returned 3. Sizing is just not correct...horrible ...I am a size 12 -14 , I wanted a really loose oversized T-shirt so I sized right up , ordered a size 18 !!!! Which barely loose on me... quality is just baaaad ....some of the items were nothing like on the picture . Curious how long will it take to get my refund back ...( can get a month according to the website , which is ridiculous. )

I will never, never purchase from boohoo again. I used to order from them all the time, but this most recent time was the worst experience I have ever had online shopping. I purchase multiple pairs of pants. Every single pair that I received was see-through and I don’t mean just when I bent over. I mean I held it up when I took it out of the package and it was like mesh netting, I could see everything in my room. I reached out to them, they advised me to send it back for a full refund. Not only did they make me pay for shipping back, but didn’t refund me the correct amount. When I emailed them letting them know, they simply told me there wasn’t anything they could do and apologized. What a shitty customer service business. I am left with no items and lost over $15. Avoid boohoo at all costs.

It was my first time ordering with Boohoo. I received my order a couple of days after ordering. I couldn't wait for it. I just received my order which includes two dresses and a 3 Piece Duster Bandeau & Skirt Co-ord Set. All the same size, but none of them fit. The two dresses are too small and the set is too large. Besides, the quality looks very cheap. So now, i'm paying $4 for returning the package knowing that i've already paid $15 for the shipment. I'm very disappointed and will never order on Boohoo again. I highly not recommend this company for purchase even if the price are attractive.

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. I don't shop online. My experience with Boohoo proves why I don't but based on the fact that we're in the middle of a pandemic, I didn't have a choice. I will say this, both of my packages made it here before the 7-9 day standard shipping. Their clothes aren't true to size. As soon as I took my dress out the bag, I immediately noticed that it was about two sizes big. I also ordered a pair of shoes. When I opened the bag I immediately recognized how small the box was, I looked at the shoes and they're a size 7. I'M A SIZE 9. MY BIRTHDAY IS IN 3 DAYS. The amount of anger I have can't even be explained. Their charging people shipping per every item that's ordered, with all the money that they're charging people, you would think that they would be more on top of their games. Smh. NEVER AGAIN.

Sizing/quality! Due to Coronavirus I had to resort to online shopping I’m not a clothes snob either my usual is primark or matalan... ordered all my clothes from boohoo one size so they were all identical sizes label wise ordered 7 items - 5 got sent back. Some were so big they hung others were to small and the jeans were so stiff they didn’t feel comfortable to wear at all. So bare in mind sizes are all over the place!

When it comes to clothing-worst quality ever/ also sizes are totally off! Shoes are ok! But so disappointed with clothes I got..total waist!
