“I ordered a number of items over a month and a half ago and still havent received my package. I understand that the world is going through challenging times, but it seems that only your service has been delayed so long. I have purchased items from other websites and they arrived a tad late (understandable). Every time I contact customer service they say its not within their control. My package is so late that I will most probably have to put them away for next year since they are winter clothes and summer is kicking in!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED”
“Difficult Company
Unfortunately my experience was terrible due to having to constantly email & argue over my delivery charge and getting it refunded.
I ended up having to contact Boohoo HQ and threaten further action.
Please do not order from Boohoo - they will try to make up excuses of why you can’t have your money back despite the law stating that they have to give it back.
I will never order from them again.
HOWEVER IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM:
Make sure to fill in their cancellation form, send an email or letter saying you are cancelling your contract with them.
Do this before you return your order and within 14 days after you receive your package at your address to get your delivery charge back.

Any information you need should be there unless it has been changed.
Don’t let them take your money and refuse to refund you. Especially when you are entitled to it.
I learned that the hard way.
I’d also advice customers to look into Consumer Contracts Regulations - that should explain more about your right to cancel and get a refund.
And if you need to open a case / complaint against them - try Resolver. It saves all the evidence.

“I ordered next day delivery on items on the 17:4:2020. We are now on the 2:5:2020. And I've still not received my items. I've emailed boohoo nearly every day to be told it's on it's way, I've contacted hermes who deliver on behalf of boohoo. And have received absolutely nothing back. Everytime I contact boohoo all I get is complete lies after lies regarding my parcel. Now today they ask if I will wait till the 4th may. I've asked twice for my money back but still not had it. I will never buy anything from this company again there after care is absolutely appalling. If anyone is thinking about using them then please reconsider as you may end up waiting a month or more. “Boo-hoo has very horrible customer service. they sent me the wrong item and it took me to literally talk to Six people to figure out their process for returning the item and getting my item. However I returned the item to them and they did nothing about the item that was missing in my order. They don’t know anything about customer satisfaction. they don’t know how to accommodate their customers for errors that were made by their staff. Also all six of the customer service representatives that I emailed back-and-forth with all had different processes for me returning their item. “Terrible clothes sizing. A bra that’s an E cup wouldn’t fit me and I’m usually a D! It would barely fit a C cup. Had a great pair of jeans that fit so bought another pair in the same style and size that didn’t fit at all! And the body suits have long arms but the suit feels shorter? Got it in a size 16 but it felt like a 10 or an 8. Will never buy from here again.”
